It also has underfloor heating, a box spring bed, fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi, insect protection on the window and a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. The area is ideal for hiking and biking. The cultural capital of Chemnitz, the palaces of Augustusburg and Lichtenwalde can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

New apartment in the old town of Meissen

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.

Vacation home in Freiberg

A newly renovated and furnished apartment in a prime Freiberg location. The two-room apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the train station. Shopping facilities and the old town are also just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop and a nice Italian restaurant are directly opposite. The apartment has free W-LAN and everything you need to cope with everyday life. An underground parking space can be rented for an additional fee. Elevator available.

The sleeping area invites you to cozy hours with a large bed and swiveling TV. An extra bed (third person) can be placed in it. The adjoining bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and modern design. Parking is available free of charge on the premises. There is no smoking in the entire house.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

The small house, furnished in a cozy, rustic style, is located in Flöha, at the foot of the Erzgebirge - 15 minutes by car from Chemnitz - the cultural capital '25. It is tucked away in a beautiful property overgrown with yews and ivy and yet close to the sights of the surrounding towns. A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.

Guest in a shared space

Spring is finally back! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp early in the morning and the forest lake calls the brave to the morning bath (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, watch nature awaken, make campfires, chill – and maybe let the many impressions resonate. Since civilization is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!
