The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

Here, cozy wood meets design, daylight meets evening sun and history meets new comfort. The suite offers a spacious bedroom with parquet flooring, a private sauna and a large roof terrace – perfect for quiet hours, the first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset over the city. The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Guest in a shared space

Spring is finally back! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp early in the morning and the forest lake calls the brave to the morning bath (12 min walk). You will sit on the terrace all day, watch nature awaken, make campfires, chill – and maybe let the many impressions resonate. Since civilization is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

This casual boho-style apartment delights with cozy charm and stylish details. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. A well-equipped kitchen with a NESPRESSO coffee machine as well as fast Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix ensure comfort. In the immediate vicinity are supermarkets as well as bus and train connections. The center is about 2.5 km away and the A4 highway ramp is only 5 minutes away by car.

Our newly built (May 2020) spacious vacation home is located in a quiet location directly on Lake Hainer and yet not far from the metropolis of Leipzig (20 km).
