In 15 minutes, you can hike through the vineyards to reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 meters (1,300 feet) from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . For 4 or more people: wine tasting in our own wine cellar, parking, and Bicycles and e-bikes are available free of charge.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Shopping facilities and the old town are also just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop and a nice Italian restaurant are directly opposite. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.
