The hutzenAlm includes two modern, comfortably furnished apartments on the upper floor, each with two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (underfloor heating) and a spacious living room/kitchen On the first floor is our cozy hutzenStub. There is our jewel: a red tiled stove that invites you to cook together. A fully equipped country kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, separate oven and induction stove can also satisfy a large family or group of friends. A massive wooden table with corner bench and a cozy sofa invite you to game nights and cozy get-togethers. A large TV and good Wi-Fi are also part of the hutzenAlm equipment. Also on the first floor is our wellness area with sauna and tub. In our spacious hutzenSauna you can sweat, relax, chill, breathe deeply and look directly into nature through the large windows. At the same time, you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace in the lounge corner or in the hanging chair. To cool off, you can use the cool, original Gimmlitz fountain water on the adjoining terrace, bathe extensively in the snow in winter or classically use the modern shower on site. In our wood-fired bathtub, you can bathe in summer and winter in the middle of the forest and relax under the open sky. Of course, not without having properly heated it beforehand. No pain, no gain. Bathing is twice as much fun

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit ca. 40 qm Wohnfläche bietet über 2 Etagen Platz für 2 Personen. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank incl. Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Wasserkocher, Toaster sowie Kaffeemaschine und allem, was man sonst noch so für einen Genuss- Urlaubstag benötigt. Egal ob Sie von einer Wanderung durch die herrliche Natur, einer sportlichen Radtour, erfolgreichen Pilzsuche oder Skitour müde sind – in dem romantisch eingerichteten Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett werden Sie sich für den nächsten Urlaubstag erholen. Im Sommer können Sie auf der Sonnenterrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit verweilen und entspannen. Ein kleiner Kräutergarten am Haus lädt Ihre Nase und Ihren Gaumen zu einem Geruchs- und Geschmackserlebnis ein. Das WLAN und der Parkplatz am Haus steht Ihnen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Unser Cabrio BMW Z3 Roadster können Sie bei schönem Wetter von April bis Oktober gegen einen Aufpreis mieten und das Osterzgebirge „oben ohne“ erkunden. Vacation home with access to the garden (Ullrich vacation home)

The cottage can accommodate up to 4 people on 45 square meters and is spread over two floors. Upstairs is the cozy, open living and sleeping area. It has a double bed and dresser as well as a sofa with sleeping function and coffee table, desk and armchair. On the ground floor there is the entrance area, kitchen and bathroom. In the entrance area there is a small table overlooking the garden and the castle panorama. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge, ceramic electric stove, kettle, coffee maker. Enjoy cozy and relaxed evenings by the fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. A washing machine is at your disposal too. They have access to the garden with seating and barbecue facilities.

The comfortably furnished cottage is intended for year-round use and is located in the picturesque village of 820 meters above sea level on its own fenced property (890m²). The usable area of the cottage is 320m². Ideal for 8 people (3x bedrooms) + 2 people( sofa bed in living room). There is a spacious sauna including a cooling pool, a room with a ping pong table. In the garden, a trampoline, children can use the slide, swings, sandpit, and treehouse. The forest is 50 meters from the cottage.

Apartment 55 sqm (Ferienhaus Sinneswandel)

Ihre Wohnung mit 55qm verfügt über ein Doppelbett. Eine Aufbettung/ein Kinderreisebett, sowie ein Kinderhochstuhl sind möglich. Der Wohn-/Schlafbereich verfügt über TV, Bücher und Spiele. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über ein Kochfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank. Ein Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenutensilien und ein Radio stehen bereit. Das Bad ist mit WC, Dusche, Wanne, Föhn, Waschmaschine, Trockner ausgestattet. Badetücher und Pflegeprodukte sind inkl.

Weißeritz apartment (Haus Seeblick, Dippoldiswalde)

Unser Haus Seeblick ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und wurde gleich nach dem Bau der Talsperre Malter an einem Seitenarm errichtet. Heute dient es als Wohnraum für unsere Familie und für Feriengäste. Außerdem können Gäste unseren Saal weitere Räumlichkeiten zum Feiern oder auch zur Weiterbildung nutzen. Der Garten mit Blick und Zugang zum Wasser ist ein sehr schöner Ort zum Erholen. Für alle, die ihrem Körper gerne etwas Gutes tun wollen, gibt es einen stilvollen Fitnessraum im Haus.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.
