Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed walking in the nearby canyon and had 2 nice meals in the shopping area that was just 2 blocks away.

Tiger was an amazing host. From providing park recommendations for my dogs and I, to dropping off dish washer detergent when we didn’t see any in the house. The house was spotless clean when we arrived and a beautiful big backyard with gorgeous flowers. It was the perfect Airbnb for my husband and I and our dogs.

Our group booked this house for a mini friends reunion and we were very happy with our choice. The house is very spacious, quiet, with BEAUTIFUL view. Amenities were adequate for our needs, we especially appreciate the hot water kettle. Kids love running around and the adults love to gather and talk looking out at the mountain view. Melissa's Place was a great location for our crew. We stayed here to work over at Levi's Stadium. The Crew enjoyed coming home to enjoy their downtime, after a long day of work. Place was perfect for what we needed. Melissa was a great host and accommodated us, when we needed to extend, due to delays at the work. This helped us out tremendously, This place is perfect if your looking for Family gathering or for business.

Very convenient location, easy walk to UC Berkeley. Even though it's near a busy intersection, it felt very quiet and peaceful. The unit is much more spacious than I was anticipating and it was nice to have a complete kitchen. Al is a very kind and responsive host. I would definitely recommend!

Very convenient in walking distance to downtown and to the Stanford Campus

It was a little confusing gettinto the place. We parked in the structure and gained access through 2 floor bridge, but got locked out. We found the ground floor door and were able to use that. The garage gate only open one side. The parking space was tricky because it was next to motorcycles parking. BE CAREFUL, mattress sags at edges, husband fell off bed and hit his face. All in all we had a great time. 👍

Perfect place to stay in Alameda with young kids! Kimberly’s condo had a pack and play, highchair, and even toys for my young children to play with. The walk in closet was a great space to put the pack and play to add some separation for nap and overnight sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The home is lovely and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops accessible.
