Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mill Valley

This was, hands down, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. As beautiful as the photos are, the place itself is even better. Most importantly, the amenities provided are top notch. The towels are nice, the sheets are nice, even the hair dryer provided was top notch. This felt like the luxurious retreat I was seeking, and I’m so glad I chose to spring for this place over others.

Excellent host, simple and clean property. Beautiful decor. Open floor plan and an updated kitchen with Bosch Stove, Smeg Fridge and Breville coffee maker. Outdoor Sauna was a great way to start the day. Very peaceful. Bed was very comfortable with simple and soft white linens. Bathroom was very clean and nicely designed. Space felt new and fresh. The property was very thought out and family friendly with perfect amenities.

What a beautiful home. The location is everything! We had the best anniversary getaway and hope to return. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The home was better than described and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was amazing! Everything was clean and the home was welcoming. Naomi's place was great! They were very responsive and the space was beautiful and fit all 6 of us nicely.

Fabulous trip! We were greeted warmly by Jana and settled easily into the spaces of this large character home on a quiet cul de sac. It worked perfectly for our group of four. We loved the peaceful feeling of being on the water and the nearby pathways along the bay; it's lovely to sit outside to read and sip something. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is very well-equipped. We got in some great hikes and meals at Mt. Tam, San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax and Pt. Reyes as well as a SFMOMA day in the city. A wonderful location! Don't hesitate.

This spot was just right for our family of four. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a little home away from home.

Yeshi's home is a museum of colorful artwork from her travels around the world. Wonderful to be lulled to sleep by the ocean waves.

Listing was exactly as describe and even more stunning in person. Property is within walking distance to downtown with lots of great restaurants and things to do. Debra had great recommendations on restaurants and wineries and was very responsive!! I would highly recommend!!

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

PERFECT!!! That is the word I would use to describe Nitzas place. Everything from the request to the check out was perfect! Nitza is very responsive and friendly. I was given all the information I needed to get to our destination as well as recommendations before we even left for our trip! On the day of our trip Nitza pleasantly surprised us by offering an early check in which worked out GREAT for us because there is so much to look at and appreciate in Stinson beach ⛱️ This was our 10th anniversary and the location can't be beat! The beach, a snack bar and a few restaurants are only a hop, skip and a jump away! There is even a little market nearby for a quick essentials run. The place was beyond clean and neat and quiet and peaceful. The best thing there was the hammock room! OMG! This was a nice place. We spent two nights there. The mattress was comfortable and had all other amenities you can need. The host was kind and responsive. Be aware of the road coming up to the place as it is one lane for a bit which was stressful when we ran into other cars. This might be a normal thing in the area, but not for us. Otherwise, the place was great! Thank you for hosting us and our puppy!!!

My older teen kids and I had a great stay while visiting my sister who lives in Mill Valley. There is a nice grocery store and Walgreens a walkable distance to pick up what you might need. Mill Valley is beautiful with plenty of restaurants and great hikes a short distance away and also a quick drive into San Francisco. Stacey was a very responsive host and provided lots of information about the area and helpful hints for those that are first time visitors. Having a washer and dryer was key, so we could pack lighter and bring those layers for the foggy and/or windy days.

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. The stylish interiors, modern appliances, and thoughtful design reflect a beautifully renovated space. What really impressed me, though, was Renzo’s hospitality: the little touches and personalized care made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear that this Airbnb is crafted for each guest, not just a standard stay. If you’re looking for a curated Airbnb experience (not just a place to sleep), this is absolutely the one to book.

We love this place, in Pacifica! And people need to know what a great luxury to stay so close to the city in a small quiet town!

C Simply outstanding in every way: this place is true class and comfort in the clouds. The two of us indulged in the glorious views for hours, and then stepped out to easily access San Francisco’s most famous neighborhoods. The penthouse could be the best way ever to love this city. Plus, the decor is amazing and the accommodations met all of our needs. We are so grateful to have spent some time here , and to our host for his ease of communication and hospitality.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

Terrific location, lovely space, it was the perfect place for our SF getaway!

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was impeccably clean, very quiet, and cozy. It's in a prime location with plenty of outdoor activities and restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, Andrew was super communicative and offered excellent local recommendations and tips!
