Townhome vacation rentals in Massachusetts

My husband and I have been coming to Provincetown for 40 years, in-season and -off season. We especially like coming in the winter now, and the Court Street Hideaway Townhouse is our favorite property so far because of the layout, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, expansive deck (for those who come in the summer) and the natural light that comes streaming into the living area. The kitchen island is a great place to hang out if cooking dinner, and the dining table is real gem! Did I mention dimmers? Every place should have them, and you won’t be disappointed here. The townhouse is a close walk (within 2 min) to the grocery store, and 5 minutes to our favorite restaurants on Commercial Street. It’s the most comfortable airbnb where we have stayed in P’town, and we’ve been to lots of places! Richard, our host, was friendly and attentive, and was on call if we had any questions and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the location was as advertised and up to expectation! With several floors there was plenty of room for all of the guests to sleep and a large living room/kitchen to hang out. The T station was close so even with spotty weather we were able to get everywhere with ease. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Place was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and neat. James was very responsive and easy to reach. Highly recommended!

Staying at Paul’s house was like staying at a close friend’s. The extra touches of wine, eggs, and simple things that made this house feel like you are cared for as more than just a guest. I cannot possibly say enough about this wonderful home

The lock-box was very difficult to open, to get keys. It would be helpful to have some brief instructions for dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Carl was very helpful on the phone and came over twice. WE highly recommend the cottage.

Jenny’s place exceeded our expectations. The quality of the blankets and pillows were hotel level, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the house is clean and beautiful. Our hosts were super responsive when the wifi wasn’t working (not their fault) and went above and beyond to address it immediately. Our stay was so wonderful, thank you Jenny and Ted!

We had a wonderful stay! It was close to Commercial Street, but still quiet and peaceful at night. We enjoyed listening to all the singing birds in the yard. The view of Pilgrim monument was amazing and it was so unique to see it from the shower! And we loved all the little local details in the decor. This was a great place to stay!

This is a really great place to stay! It’s a very comfortable space that Jeff has thoughtfully decorated. If you’re looking for “Live Laugh Love” aesthetics or large letters on the walls to inform you if you’re in the kitchen, this place isn’t a great fit for you. That said, I love the original artwork and clean, intentional, minimalist layout of the apartment! All the furniture & mattress are very comfortable. Location is fantastic, tons of restaurants, coffee and shops walkable from the apartment, with a grocery store about a 5 minute walk down the street too! Neighborhood feels vibrant and energetic, plus the T is easily accessible by foot. Note there isn’t a television but there is a beautiful piano and other stringed instruments for entertainment. Was a wonderful stay I’d gladly go back to!

This stay was perfect for a group doing a charity bike ride. Linda was a wonderful support to the group and couldn't have been more helpful. Honestly went above and beyond and it was such a pleasure to communicate with here. The property is beautifully situated and quiet but not far from downtown Plymouth. Amenities are great. There is a nice general store a short walk away. We will be back again.

Perfect spot for our family of four! Easy walk into town. Tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, great showers, well-equipped kitchen. Sarah was a great communicator. Highly recommend!

2nd time we’ve stayed here and had another great stay! Really bright, clean, and comfortable space for 6 people. floor plan makes it so you never feel on top of each other, and with great hangout space in living room. Close walk to the beach and easy into downtown. The host was very responsive and on top of fixing an issue during our weekend. Don’t miss the sunset club nearby if weather cooperates! Both our weekends have been rainy and the place is spacious enough we didn’t feel totally cooped up, but hoping next time we can take advantage of the nice deck and proximity to the ocean. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding location if you’re visiting Harvard or plan to stay in Cambridge. Walking distance to everything and the accommodations are excellent.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Orleans, MA! The location was perfect—close to both the beach and charming local shops. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local activities. A peaceful, relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Cape Cod—I’d definitely stay here again!

This home was incredible and the hosts were even better! We had a large group that they were able to accommodate and far exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous house, great yard with grills and tons of space. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts either!

Great hosts and a great location. Had an amazing stay and felt at home. Would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking to go to the museums and experience some of the food Boston has to offer. Walking distance to some really good restaurants and nice having a parking spot on property.

Great location, house big enough for 7 people, all rooms big and clean. Easy and fast to get to Harvard and downtown.

Stayed at Sonnys place for a concert at Gillette with a bunch of friends. 15 mins down rt 1. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Great place with a larger group for any event in the area. Thanks again!

Met our needs in every way. Fast to respond and went above and beyond to accommodate are changing schedule. Great location close to stores and restaurants. We were here for my moms surgery and made multiple daily trips to the hospital. If you are visiting for similar reasons, note that this location takes approx 20 min. To Brigham Women’s/Dana Farber Cancer institute. However with early morning traffic this can take up to 1-1.5 hrs to get there so you will want to plan accordingly.

That was super helpful and responded to all my messages promptly. Darryl made sure I was taking care, he’d check in on me to assure that I was having a great and enjoyable stay, making recommendations of nearby restaurants. I plan to come back.

Very peaceful and lovely place. Beautifully restored and maintained classic older home with all modern amenities. Especially nice to have toiletries and some basic sundries available. Great location to explore the region.

Anda’s place is bright, light, spacious, and super clean. It looks like it’s been recently updated and has very high quality finishes, fixtures, and furnishings. Everything is pretty and functions well. The location is also excellent. We brought a car and appreciated the parking permit provided. In every way this place is at the top of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. It was a real pleasure to stay here and I highly recommend it!

Whitney & Emma were extremely responsive and kind hosts. They accommodated requests and ensured we had a smooth stay. The townhome is very cute, decorated perfectly to give you a MV feel, with cooling on the second floor and beautiful cross breeze from the outdoor patio. They provide all the little necessities for cooking and cleaning during your stay. Thanks so much for the hospitality and we look forward to staying again.

FANTASTIC! This home was fantastic and one of the best Airbnb's I've stayed at. From the moment we walked in, we could see that this was going to be a wonderful stay. Instantly we could see how meticulous and thoughtful the host was. Everything was clean and high quality. The home is nice and new, bringing in the coastal home vibes, with a modern twist. The action of Provincetown is not far away. We were able to walk most of the time. Otherwise, it is a very quick Uber or bike ride away. This was a wonderful home to stay at, and I highly recommend it. Jason was super attentive and is an excellent host. He really made us feel welcome and at home. I will most definitely stay here again the next time I come to P-town! Thanks for a wonderful experience, Jason!
