Vacation rentals with breakfast in Massachusetts

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! The home was warm, spotless, and ideally situated. Everything we needed was just a short distance away. It truly made our visit smooth and enjoyable. We are grateful for your generous hospitality and would absolutely choose to stay here again if we return to the area!

The house was perfect for our week on the island. The location was nice and quiet, but conveniently located within a short walking distance of everything in downtown Edgartown. Our host Claire was kind enough to suggest recommendations on some favorite locations and activities around the island. The house had everything we needed for a family of 4 and a baby. And the outdoor shower was so relaxing.

Wonderful stay near nature preserves — we were visiting Allen’s Pond and Norman’s Bird Sanctuary. House was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lot of art & beautiful plants. Very well appointed kitchen (good cookware) with coffee, tea, and many other sundry items. Ellen checked in with us & had clear instructions, which was great. Hope to visit again someday!

From the moment we stepped into this wonderful house in Charlestown we felt instantly at home. Every inch of the home is beautiful and the house is on the historic registry. Megan and Victor were amazing hosts, responding immediately to any question we had. We will definitely be staying there again when we travel to Charlestown. (Hopefully it will be available! 🤞)

Beautiful and comfortable house. Private with gorgeous views. Fun treats and snacks and even lovely surprises in the bathrooms. Being able to do laundry and the guide to local restaurants and attractions were all super helpful. Tara provides an amazing online database of recommendations and instructions. Note to dog owners: one thing that we didn't realize until we booked and read all the pages of the guidebook, dogs are not allowed on furniture or to be loose in the house alone. Tara was kind enough to ask us our dog's size and provide a crate, but because we've never crated our dog, we just brought her with us everywhere. More fun for her!

The place was in a great location. Karen was easy to communicate with our needs and concerns and any questions we had. The only request for the future would be to have two keys instead of one.

Stayed for 2 days. Perfect for what we needed with dog. Very clean. Comfortable bedding. Private fenced in property. Very communicative Will be returning next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol and Robin’s home on the lake. Anyone looking for a serene and peaceful setting would be thrilled with this rental. Our hosts communication both prior to and during our stay was top notch. We certainly hope to return someday.

Gail is super nice and the place is fun, set up well, and cozy. This is our third time here and I'm sure we'll be back!

Maria is a very thoughtful and proactive host. She was very communicative, especially when there was an unexpected power outage right before check-in. All worked out. The stay was great. Maria truly covered everything you’d want in a little home away from home stay.

Apartment was clean, comfortable and priced well. It was the perfect size for family of three. Loved the outdoor space and great location. Marblehead is stunning. Host is excellent

Had a wonderful stay! Jonah was extremely easy to communicate with and we felt right at home in the lovely space. The building was very safe, the apartment was comfortable, and you couldn’t beat the amazing location with the ability to walk to all the best areas of Boston! Would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here a few nights and this Airbnb's location on Bearskin Neck was ideal for exploring Rockport. It's close to Bean and Leaf Cafe for a caffeine fix, many charming shops, multiple restaurants and Cape Hedge. I appreciated the ocean views from the living room. Since it's on the third floor, you feel removed from the tourist crowd while being close to everything. It's spacious with a comfortable couch and beds. It had a lot of storage too. The bedroom area is over another Airbnb and at night, I could hear the conversation clearly of those staying on the lower floor. Noise wasn't an issue elsewhere in the unit. Overall, I had a lovely stay. I highly recommend Fleur Cuisine for lunch or dinner. It was incredible.

Barbara and Chad's place is even more pleasant that described in the reviews we saw beforehand. The surroundings are beautiful with the mountains and meadows in plain site and a very functional, elevated back deck shaded by trees. The area around is full of natural beauty and quaint western Mass towns. The interior space is bright and airy, very clean, up to date, and cheery. The kitchen is spacious and super-functional with everything guests would need to make their own meals and a huge fridge. The bedrooms are pleasant and spacious, with several additional touches such as ceiling fans that make them that much more comfortable. Overall, this is a fantastic get-away location in all respects. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking with Barbara and Chad again in the future.

It’s hard to imagine a more perfect stay in Northampton. Bright, tasteful, calming, well thought out and squeaky clean! Not to mention easy parking, easy walking to Smith College and downtown but just off the main drag so it’s still quiet and peaceful. Jacqueline has gone the extra mile with great coffee, various milks, welcome snacks, good toiletries, very comfy bed, etc. I loved it so much that I stayed in more than I’d planned. It’s just a pleasurable and safe feeling space to occupy. I’ll definitely be back.

Zahar was a lovely host who never hesitated to answer any questions when we reached out. Her place was beautiful decorated with so much attention to detail. Great place to stay in Salem very on theme.

Thomas is a great host. He lives in the house, however he is very quiet. You almost wouldn't know he lived there if he did tell you. This was the second time I stayed here. The first time was a few years back. Thomas had improved the stairs since then. I was pleased to see that he had, as I had mentioned this to him the last time. That was my only complaint then, and now I have no complaints. The house was built around 1905, the interior was redone as some point and electricity has been added (so no worries there ;) ). My room was on the second floor. The stairs like all of the house were wood. The stairs creak when you climb them. It's not a complaint, but it wouldn't hard/expensive to make that stop. He has fresh flowers in every room which is a nice touch. I didn't realize it when I booked the place, but it came with breakfast; Select cereals, organic milk, oats, toasts and bananas. Thanks Thomas!

We were all staying at High Grass Farm so we could attend the Brimfield flea market and the location of this place was perfect! The house itself was very nice and cozy. When we arrived, there were fruits, granola bars, and even a cake made for us to enjoy. The host, Karen, was quick to respond to our messages and even helped us out with our dog while we were out. Overall, an amazing stay and we hope to be back again!

We stayed at Wiz's place for 3 nights and felt right at home! Our stay was super pleasant, there are a lot of things to do in the area and we could have stayed a lot longer. The breakfast was such a nice little touch and the homemade goodies were very much appreciated! Thanks again for everything!!

We had a great time staying at the Lacey Rose! I appreciated the direction communication from Denise and being in a space that was so thoughtfully decorated and cared for. Breakfast made for us at the time we requested was a huge bonus as well!

Wonderful couple greeted us at door and ensured we had a lovely experience. You could not leave the house at breakfast time on an empty stomach (cereals, croissants, muffins, fruits, Coffees, milk, …) Counted 10 Bird houses in front of House so must be at least twice that on property. Great location Re: access to/from I90/95 Everything as advertised. Would readily stay there again.

Sad to be leaving. First morning I was awoken by the sounds of birds chitchatting and a warm inviting glow peeking through the windows. Open the French door and listen to the gentle rustling of leaves, the cool breeze flowing in. I could do this for longer. But it’s time to go back to reality. Thank you Joan for hosting. My stay at Waters Edge was truly amazing! With the easy instructions and communication the host offers, it made our stay that much better. The home contained a beautiful and private environment along with the comfortability of a real home. I for sure will be booking again if I’m in the area :)
