We are located on a scenic road in sophisticated Dover, Ma, a commuter/country setting, with miles of hiking trails and roads ideal for cycling. I have owned and loved this home for 35 years and take great joy in its charm and outdoor spaces.

The 1780 Suite

Join us for a step back in time at our unique bucolic property. Set on a scenic road, the post and beam farmhouse was built in 1780 and offers a haven of peace and tranquillity after a busy day of exploring New England. Guests have a private entrance and wind their way up the period staircase to the second-floor suite with two bedrooms, a sitting room, a breakfast nook, and a bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the Adirondack chairs as you contemplate the charms of country living.

Find your peaceful retreat in our 1-bedroom suite, situated on a serene 75-acre horse property with scenic nature trails. Enjoy a private entrance, dedicated workspace, and complimentary high-speed WiFi, making it an ideal haven for remote workers. Take in the picturesque views of our horse pastures, with up to 20 horses, right from your windows. Our property is nestled in the woods, about 1/3 mile from the main road. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

The Airbnb is a spacious ground floor living space surrounded by a private cove that is truly breathtaking. 1000 square feet of sunlit comfort. Manomet Boathouse Station #31

The Boathouse was a part of the Manomet Coast Guard Station on Manomet Point. When the station was decommissioned and eventually dismantled, the Boathouse was moved and attached to our home as a separate space. Guests will have full and private access to this beautiful and spacious 1,800 square foot home with 11 foot vaulted ceilings and antique southern exposure windows. The open first floor has a living room, kitchen, pool table and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom.
