This is hands down our favorite AirBNB. It is as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. The location is so special and the interior is designed with the best New England style. It’s really an amazing experience. The amenities are great and the home is very comfortable and cozy.

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

We really enjoyed this home for a family gathering. Since it was winter, we did not get to enjoy the nice outdoor spaces but we did really enjoy the lake views. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Lucas was extremely responsive when we had questions. The home had one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor which worked well for a family member with mobility challenges. The 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor were very roomy and one bedroom had fantastic views of the lake! The home was definitely out on the country which made it peaceful but it was a little farther to drive for groceries and take-out.

This private home is lovely. It is appropriate if stairs are okay for your group 😊. Very clean, near plenty of coffee shops, easy to find, very safe area.

We had a lovely stay here for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10. The location was absolutely gorgeous, and the views from the deck were a dream—perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully decorated with coastal charm. The kitchen was a standout—spacious and well-stocked, ideal for cooking and gathering as a group. The bedrooms and beds were incredibly comfortable, and the gardens around the property were stunning and well-maintained. Would absolutely recommend this home for a special group getaway!

We spent a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter's graduation with our family. The house is beautiful, and Lauren and Blake are extraordinary hosts. I totally recommend this house.

Mark's High Pocket Bed and Barn was absolutely stunning and cozy. My friends and I stayed while attending a wedding nearby, and were so delighted by the home the minute we walked in. Thoughtful furniture and decoration through out the house, as well as beautiful yard and walking paths that were so nice to explore on a sunny spring day. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. Mark was very communicative and responsive. We would all very happily stay at this home again!

Very unique house close to Mass MOCA. Beautiful kitchen and unique furniture and light fixtures. Clear instructions and hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. Weather was a bit too cold and rainy to use the hot tub but great to have that option. A wonderful place to be close to the main attractions of North Adams.

This place was amazing to stay at. It was big enough to accommodate my friends for the Red Sox game we attended nearby. We appreciated the extra amenities and nice touches. The beds were comfy and overall was a great stay. Cannot wait to come back to enjoy again!!

Wonderful stay at Genainna's - it was perfect for our group of eight and two dogs. The house itself is very clean and private, and close to walking paths. We will be back!

Stayed here for my coastal "Last Toast in the Coast" bachelorette trip and it worked out perfect! We had the best time!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, spacious, and clean home. We spent hours by the fire when the weather was chilly, and explored the wooded property when the weather warmed up. Close to Sturbridge Village and restaurants. Quality beds with crisp sheets and plenty of blankets. Well-stocked kitchen. Gail was welcoming and always quick to respond.

Really enjoyed staying at Shea’s place and appreciated all the little touches she had to surprise and delight us. The bedding was comfortable and bedrooms were spacious. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Sun- Kissed cottage! Meg was super responsive and helpful and the house was so charming and has beautiful views. Everything was very clean and clutter free. There were plenty of beach chairs and kayaks for everyone. We loved our stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 18. Everything was just as described; we wanted for nothing. The Cape Cod coastal vibe is perfect. Joshua was a dream to work with, as he answered my many questions in a timely manner. I'm sure I drove him crazy, but he never let on. The heated salt water pool and game room were favorites. We enjoyed them so much, we canceled an activity or two to enjoy them more. The tennis court was another wonderful well-utilized bonus. No one wanted to sit around on their phones with so much to do on the property, as well as, in the area. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the tub in my room so much, I've already ordered one just like it. They provided shampoo, etc...and even aloe, which too many of us needed. The kitchen was also well stocked with essentials. There were many lovely areas to gather, both for dining and living, but we mostly used the outdoor living spaces. I finished our trip on the porch swing, wishing we had booked one more night.

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was beautiful and our Hosts were great and very responsive. We would definitely recommend and hopefully get to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay here in New Seabury! The house is beautiful, spacious and just as described. The heated pool was an added bonus! Michael provided prompt and clear communication when needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, the home was beautiful, and my friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. The only minor challenges were getting in through the front door and not having a chance to use the arcade. The kitchen area was absolutely stunning, and I personally loved the master suite. We all agreed that we could definitely see ourselves coming back. Apologies for our late-night conversation getting a bit too lively—the gentle reminder was appreciated. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Wonderful place to stay! So comfortable and lots of space! Close to lots of restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home in a beautiful part of the Cape. I could get used to the views! We rented to spend time in Orleans and see some live music at Nauset Beach and it was perfect. The house is deceptively large. Large bathrooms that easily accommodate more than one thing going. Will be back.
