Great place with beautiful views and location.

This is our second time staying here. It’s a bright, open and airy space with a view of the trees. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the Green Station or to the Main Street for shopping. I love that it has a washer and dryer so we can pack lightly. My husband works effectively from the apartment with a fast internet connection.

The place was adorable— like a little coastal cottage! Fab view of the Clocktower downtown. Super convenient and walking distance to everything. Lots of light! We would definitely stay again!

This is a find! Maria was so helpful and the space is exactly as shown. SUPER clean and the kitchen had everything you might need! The mattresses very comfortable and the linens all new! I would highly recommend this LOFT! Should also note that free parking was very easy and close.

Very close to mass transit and the T. The location was perfect for us. Very nice place and very responsive host -- immediate answers to questions. Beautiful and historic neighborhood, felt completely safe. Highly recommend and we would certainly stay again if we come back sometime in the future.

If you want a wonderful, quaint space to be your home away from home, this place is it! The atmosphere in the fall is amazing with all the leaves changing and the cool air. Jayne offers wonderful amenities, and it made me happy to hear the horses in the morning. I would definitely recommend Jayne to anyone wanting to stay in the Essex/Boston area. I will certainly be back again!

This was a GREAT couples’ escape to beautiful Cape Cod! The space is super cute, is very walkable to main street with lots of restaurants/things to do, and the hosts were incredibly responsive to all of our questions (and gave great advice for places to go and see). Highly recommend!

A great stay! The space was exactly as described and Carol and Robin were terrific hosts. East checkin and out and we loved the tea, milk and yogurt + homemade granola! It was very comfortable and cozy, surrounded by loads of books.

Gregory's place was quaint and clean. We enjoyed being close to downtown while staying in a quiet location. There was a parking spot available for guests and check-in and check-out was very easy. As a side note, there are three chickens that live on the property, and one of them enjoyed following us around including up the stairs to the loft. This is a great place to stay for a peaceful weekend getaway.

super cute retro loft apartment....not huge...but perfect for the wife and I on our anniversary trip....super clean place....great restaurants within steps... needed some extra blankets when we checked in, Robin had them delivered in no time....wouldn't hesitate to recommend

This loft is lovely, private, and quiet. I felt quite at home from the start of my week here. I hope to return.

This studio apartment was perfect for our stay in Amherst. We decided to take advantage of the gorgeous weather with a fire and firewood and s’mores roasting sticks were generously and promptly provided. Great area and immaculate space👍🏻👍🏻

The accommodation was well located, handy for Boston common, public transport and a supermarket. There is a hum of air conditioning units outside, at night, but that didn’t spoil our stay. We found having a washing machine and dryer really helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Aaron was responsive and provided helpful information which was appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure a comfortable experience. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. I am already planning on coming back 😀

Second time staying here. Perfect for what I needed along with being doggie friendly. Only recommendation: if people are renting above unit, they should be told to be considerate to those below. Heavy footsteps can be heard. Great proximity to the ocean as well. Thanks!
