Apartment vacation rentals in Maccarese

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

Vi trivdes mycket bra, lätt att ta sig med tåg in till Rom och 15 min gångväg till bad. Funktionellt boende med mataffär precis bredvid. Snabb och trevlig kommunikation med värden. Vi hittade gott om restauranger och var mycket nöjda!

Tutto come descritto, posto molto tranquillo e comodo soprattutto se si arriva in macchina e ci si vuole poi spostare con i mezzi.

Sono partita con il mio gatto Ron in cerca di un po' di tranquillità. Una volta arrivata mi sono sentita come a casa grazie alla calorosa accoglienza. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio nel caso si voglia staccare un po' dal tran-tran quotidiano e respirare un po' d'aria marina. La casa era pulitissima e con ogni comfort.

El apartamento de Alessia es más hermoso de lo que se ve en las fotos. El edificio es nuevo y tiene un ascensor grande. Las camas son cómodas, tiene un balcón gigante y es un lugar silencioso al lado de la playa. Alessia es una gran anfitriona y nos ayudó con preguntas referentes al lugar. Sin duda un apartamento recomendable.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Michela e Stefano sono degli host perfetti sempre disponibili e anche di più.la casa pulitissima in una posizione ottima e tranquilla a 5 min di macchina dal mare e 2 minuti a piedi dal supermercato, appena entri ti senti subito a casa tua.Sicuramente torneremo ad alloggiare da loro con molto piacere.

This place is more beautiful than the pictures the pool is amazing. Sabrina was like a mom I never had. So kind and caring always was there to help us find our way or with car rentals. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place.

Very kind host, responded to my questions in a very short time. Easy check-in with a video illustration. Neat, clean, well-equipped apartment with a huge terrace. Located in a quiet area, close to the train station, shopping center, and taxis nearby. I can recommend it to everyone!! We had a perfect weekend there

La host è stata estremamente disponibile fin dal primo momento, pronta a rispondere con gentilezza e rapidità a tutte le nostre domande. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con calore, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli, esattamente come da descrizione e foto. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui: non solo per la qualità dell’alloggio, ma soprattutto per la cordialità e la disponibilità della host. Loved our stay at Margrethe's amazing flat with views, style and peace of mind. Felt lucky to stay there with such incredible aspects over both sides of Trastevere. Street is very busy downstairs but double glazing worked a treat. Balcony delightful in the evening. Cobblestone tricky for those not use to them in this part of Trastevere. Lift never failed us and was necessary too so no problems at all with that. AC good too. Amazing thank you Kate and Stephen

Highlight of a 3 week trans-Atlantic/W Mediterranean cruise which was throughly enjoyed, but ended on a special note with our stay and acquaintance with host and family. She offered private tour options in the area which could have included Rome. We opted for a cruise port pick up and a backroads country tour both days of our stay. She is so knowledgeable about the area history and took us to numerous off the beaten path sites that were nearly indescribable in beauty and history. Our last evening we had dinner in her home with her family and arranged to have her take us to the airport the next morning. There were numerous other options she could have provided but time didn’t allow for us to take advantage of. Would highly recommend her flat, small but well appointed and couldn’t have a better location looking directly out on the Sea and several restaurant within steps. Train station nearby to Rome. Thank you again to our host and family for a very special, memorable experience!!!

Le logement de Giulia est conforme à la description, très agréable, très propre et il ne manque rien parfait pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie, très bien situé le bus à la porte et le métro à 15 minutes à pied qui vous amène partout dans Rome et la cerise sur le gâteau c’est la gentillesse de Giulia aux petits soins, de très bon conseils Allez-y les yeux fermés

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Ottimo appartamento moderno e rifinito con tutte le comodita'. Un grande balcone, cucina completa, letto molto confortevole, ed una zona centrale ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa in una strada residenziale con buone possibilita' di parcheggio libero, che a Roma e' abbastanza raro. Da ex residente di Roma, questo appartamento e' un compromesso ideale come posizione ed efficenza, sembra di stare a casa.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
