Good treatment and the house is beautiful

This apartment was very new, clean, and modern. It looks just like the photos, and is a fine space for two people. It is also very walkable to most of Rome, including the most notable tourist attractions. This is not the largest space, but it is very cozy and convenient.

Stephano – thank you for an amazing stay! I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but none compare to the care you showed. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how you checked in on me and responded quickly when I had trouble with the AC—you came by immediately with your maintenance guy. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. You also gave me great birthday dinner recommendations and had a super helpful welcome booklet with curated spots and things to do around Rome. The apartment was exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and perfect for content. All the amenities worked, and the location was ideal—just 15 mins from the Colosseum and close to public transport. 100/10 experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Grazie, Stephano!

Wow amazing location and impressive hospitality from Giuseppe! From the beginning Giuseppe was proactive, welcoming, and went above and beyond what I would expect from an Airbnb host. The place itself could not be better located; it was a short walk to most places. The bed was comfortable, and the living space more than spacious. Giuseppe even turned on the AC before our arrival so we can have a break from the hot sun in Rome. All in all a great find in the center of Rome and 10/10 recommend!

Loved our stay! Great set up, great location, and really responsive host. Check in was easy, we had everything we needed and the views are INCREDIBLE from the house. There’s also a nice coffee place just downstairs that opens early. Highly recommended!

Wow - book this spot immediately! This gorgeous stone apartment feels like a private cave. We spent time on the (shared) balcony drinking wine we got right from the wine cellar in our building! Comfortable bed and nothing beats the view of the hilly countryside when you open up the curtains - truly magical! Luigi was a great host, giving detailed instructions and always responsive. Highly recommend this place!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Arpino at Wednesday! The cottage is so cozy and tastefully decorated, the view is priceless. We completely relaxed here and enjoyed it to the fullest! Arpino itself is also a nice charming village and everyone is friendly. Wednesday had good tips for the surroundings! We highly recommend it! :-)

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed—even thoughtful touches like extra plugs and umbrellas. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. He was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The location is excellent—close to all the major attractions and the city center. It’s ideal if you enjoy walking, but taxis or Ubers might be more convenient if not. We rented a Vespa and found it to be the perfect way to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Worth the Climb! If you can manage the stairs (it’s a top-floor walk-up, so be ready for a bit of a workout—especially with heavy luggage), you absolutely won’t regret staying in this apartment. The space is beautifully laid out with a surprisingly spacious bathroom—finally room for two, and the shower cubicle was at least 1200x1000mm, which felt like a luxury after other stays in Italy! The private balcony is a dream: secluded, quiet, and shaded after midday—perfect for escaping the Rome heat while enjoying a glass of wine or coffee. Speaking of which, there’s a Nespresso machine, and the air conditioning actually works! Huge bonus in the summer. The apartment is incredibly quiet and private, a true refuge from the noise and crowds of the city. Yet you're right in the heart of it all—walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and high-end shopping like Louis Vuitton. To top it off, the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we had during our entire Italy

A perfect solution for those looking for tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment in question enjoys a privileged view of Lake Nemi, not to be missed is the fantastic sunset and why not, perhaps accompanied by a good glass of wine. Using the directions provided by Fabrizio, it was very easy to get to the accommodation, you just have to try it. Thank you for your experience.

Paola was a dream to work with and the place was sparkling beautiful. It felt like we were VIP’s. She met with us and greeted us kindly. We really enjoyed the place. It felt like a luxury resort more than an AirBNB. Paola is very friendly and is generous in many ways. We will book here again!

This place was lovely, clean and looked just like the photos. Host was responsive, friendly and had clear instructions. We had 4 people and only stayed one night because we needed to be close to the train station. It’s only a 5 minute walk. We were able to also walk to the Trevi Fountain in about 20 minutes. These accommodations made our travel out day super easy and took off stress of trying to cross town in the early morning to get to the station. I highly recommend it!

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was super comfy and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. The apartment was like illustrated in the photos. The host was always ready to reply at every our questions. It was a pleasant stay, I recommend this place due to its position and closeness to one of the most beautiful neighborhood in Rome.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!
