Apartment vacation rentals in Maccarese

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much, easy to get by train into Rome and 15 min walk to the beach. Functional accommodation with grocery store right next door. Quick and pleasant communication with the host. We found plenty of restaurants and were very happy!

Everything as described, very quiet and comfortable place especially if you arrive by car and then want to move around by public transport.

I left with my cat Ron looking for some peace of mind. Once I arrived, I felt at home thanks to the warm welcome. I highly recommend this place in case you want to disconnect a little from the daily tran-tran and breathe a little marine air. The house was super clean and with every comfort.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Michela and Stefano are perfect hosts who are always available and even more. The house is very clean in a great and quiet location 5 minutes by car from the sea and 2 minutes' walk from the supermarket, as soon as you enter you immediately feel at home. We will surely return to stay with them with great pleasure.

This place is more beautiful than the pictures the pool is amazing. Sabrina was like a mom I never had. So kind and caring always was there to help us find our way or with car rentals. Thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place.

Loved our stay at Margrethe's amazing flat with views, style and peace of mind. Felt lucky to stay there with such incredible aspects over both sides of Trastevere. Street is very busy downstairs but double glazing worked a treat. Balcony delightful in the evening. Cobblestone tricky for those not use to them in this part of Trastevere. Lift never failed us and was necessary too so no problems at all with that. AC good too. Amazing thank you Kate and Stephen

Highlight of a 3 week trans-Atlantic/W Mediterranean cruise which was throughly enjoyed, but ended on a special note with our stay and acquaintance with host and family. She offered private tour options in the area which could have included Rome. We opted for a cruise port pick up and a backroads country tour both days of our stay. She is so knowledgeable about the area history and took us to numerous off the beaten path sites that were nearly indescribable in beauty and history. Our last evening we had dinner in her home with her family and arranged to have her take us to the airport the next morning. There were numerous other options she could have provided but time didn’t allow for us to take advantage of. Would highly recommend her flat, small but well appointed and couldn’t have a better location looking directly out on the Sea and several restaurant within steps. Train station nearby to Rome. Thank you again to our host and family for a very special, memorable experience!!!

Giulia's accommodation is as described, very nice, very clean and nothing is missing. Perfect for resting after a busy day, great location with the bus at the door and the metro 15 minutes' walk away which takes you everywhere in Rome and the icing on the cake is Giulia's kindness and care, very good advice. We stayed in this apartment and were very satisfied! The owner was very kind, he responded immediately to all our messages and fulfilled every request. Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Great modern apartment and finished with all the comforts. A large balcony, full kitchen, very comfortable bed, and a central but at the same time quiet area on a residential street with good possibility of free parking, which in Rome is quite rare. As a former resident of Rome, this apartment is an ideal compromise as a location and effectiveness, it feels like staying at home.

just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Erika's property. The accommodations were lovely, and I had a fantastic time. There are numerous restaurants nearby, along with an excellent selection of gelato shops. Everything is easily walkable, and if you prefer, a short Uber ride of about 10 minutes can take you to most major attractions. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway.
