Vacation rentals with a patio in Lower Grand Lagoon

This place was PERFECT, steps to the pool from our back patio and steps to private beach access. We have never stayed on Thomas Dr before and have definitely been missing out. It was 30 minutes from Pier Park (due to traffic) but if was great to be away from the hustle of the downtown. The place felt really homey and it had everything you needed and if you forgot anything it was there. We were greeted with a snack bucket, beach towels, cooler for the beach, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, etc. She thought of everything. We are definably going to rent this unit again.

We stayed here summer of 2024 and instantly scheduled for summer of 2025 after leaving . Joseph is extremely friendly and has quick response time . This place is perfect for a small family . The pool is very nice and clean . The other guest are also very friendly . We hope to come back soon !

Richard was extremely helpful and responsive. He was very nice and we had the best time on our little vacation. He gave us helpful tips for restaurants and fun things to do. The condo was so clean and lovely and home away from home. We throughly enjoyed our visit. We loved that we could walk to almost anywhere and walk the beach at night was so much fun.

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. My husband and I loved the beachfront view. David was very thorough with instructions and helpful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment located right in the center of downtown Panama City! Walking distance (1-3 minutes) to great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, farmer’s market (Saturdays only), and more. We were in town for a graduation and didn’t originally plan on being at the apartment much, but we looked forward to our down time so we could explore the area. Our host, Daniel, was very responsive. We reached out with an issue, and he responded right away and resolved the issue quickly. Apartment was decorated beautifully! There were guests staying in the apartment next door, but with the brick wall, we didn’t hear a sound. We will definitely stay here again for future trips to PC!

We loved staying here! The condo was exactly what it looked like in the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Astrid, the host, was also amazing from start of booking through the end of our trip. We look forward to staying here again!! 10/10 recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay! We enjoyed the private pool and being able to walk to the beach and a coffee shop right around the corner. The one downside was that the house next door was more of a party house and guests there were pretty loud, but that can be hard to avoid in an area like Panama City. The home itself was very nice and clean. Would recommend!

Had an amazing time. Was far away from everything yet everything was right there for us. The host was always checking in on us making sure we where fine and didn’t have any problems or questions.

From checking in to leaving Zeke and Abby were always reaching out to check on us and very responsive. The house is beautiful, clean, in the perfect location and everything we could dream of. I would stay here again, thank you for a wonderful beach weekend.

So easy to walk to the beach! Our 12 year old liked having her own room with the pull out couch and second bathroom and our 10 year old enjoyed the bunkbed. It was awesome to have a backyard for the dogs and plenty of space for our family to stretch out and relax.

The place is perfect for 1 couple or a family of 2 adults and 2 small children. You can walk to the beach, it's very close. The apartment, the pool and beach were clean. There are restaurants and many attractions for children near the place. The hosts responded quickly to all my questions.

Amazing hosts who were sooo accommodating for my last minute reservation. And their place is everything you see in the photos and more! Beautiful beachfront property with awesome pools, the tiki bar was great and all resort staff were wonderful. I can’t say enough about what a great stay we had and we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend! Away from the chaos of central PCB. Easy access to the beach. Great pool. Condo is very comfortable and quiet. Great for our family with a toddler.

Mekayla’s place was so amazing! As a first time air bnb user, I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The place was cute, clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location with the beach AND pool. I have no complaints! The place was TOTALLY worth what we paid. Mekayla was a great host, very communicative and sweet. She also provided some restaurant recommendations which was SO helpful and made meals a breeze. We will definitely come back!

This house was perfect for our Bachelorette trip!! The condo has the BEST Sandbar outside, and staff there were so friendly!! The condo was a perfect location from restaurants and things to do!! Ryan’s condo was wonderful and balcony was perfect to sit on and view the ocean!
