The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), it makes you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great days with you!:)

We had a pleasant family stay,well hosted by Clément ,a place that matched the description pleasant,clean ,safe and quiet.Clement responded quickly to our various requests , real plus it's the parking space the proximity to the shops of the metro. It's rare to find such a quiet place in Paris… In a preserved environment, a small green setting that we greatly appreciated! I have no negative comments to give: everything was perfect, very good bedding, tidy, tastefully decorated… it feels like home! And what a pleasure to sunbathe in the small garden… I highly recommend it! See you soon without a doubt!!!

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

Pascale's check-in instructions were very clear. The location of the accommodation is very conveniently close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

Ocean's apartment is very special, beautifully decorated and with lots of charm. We enjoyed our four days there.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is everything you need for a short trip. The public transport connection is great and we were very happy about the tips from Elisa and Thomas. The location is ideal - the apartment is well located, some bars/cafes/restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We definitely recommend the apartment and we enjoyed it very much:) Thank you!

It was a lovely stay!!! Would totally come back and book again. Beautiful decor, elegant designs, it’s a bit smaller than what it seems on the photo, but that’s normal with wide lenses. Loved the location, close to metro, and the best bakery in town: Atelier P1 bakery.

A spacious, very quiet apartment. Please note that there is no Wi-Fi, but this is a minor inconvenience with today's smartphones.

The place was big, clean and well situated. The hosts were very welcoming and caring. The location is close to the zenith and metro station. Had a great experience and recommend it.

The apartment is very beautiful, as in the pictures. The attentions are great, which is rare to find on Airbnb, the little details make the difference. The apartment is spacious and bright. The sofa is not 100% comfortable, so we slept on it to leave the room to my father (72 years old). Similarly, the shower does not have a hook so you have to shower by holding the hose with your hand. For my father, who has reduced mobility in his shoulders, it was a little complicated. The bathroom and toilets were impeccable as well as the kitchen, linens and towels provided. The decor is great too! There's a beautiful view. I think we got the wrong timing because the street to the right that we take to get to the metro was under requalification works. It wasn't too easy to walk, a lot of people and the surroundings are dirty (in front too unfortunately). This does not detract from the beauty of the apartment and its quality.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was even bigger than we expected based on the pictures. We visited several apartments with small children. What makes this apartment particularly good is that everything is available (from kitchen appliances to toys). It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro station. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment as well. Lauriane is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall it was a great stay. We recommend this apartment for families who want to visit Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). The only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to subway.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. Was in Paris for 4 days with my daughter. The apartment is perfect for that. Very clean and everything well maintained. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are just a short walk away. The location right by the park is perfect. Here you can just take a deep breath and relax. Simply beautiful! The communication with Hueges is exemplary. He always responds quickly and kindly. Top was also his preparation and instructions regarding check-in and check-out. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back if we were only two in Paris again.
