The apartment (100 m2) is located on the 2nd floor of a beautiful Haussmann building with balconies, built in a cul-de-sac, so very quiet. In fine weather, you can live with the windows open, without being bothered by the noise, which is quite rare in Paris. Jourdain or Place des Fêtes metro station (line 11). This line leads directly to the Hôtel de Ville (center of Paris) in 11 minutes and it intersects the main east/west lines.
