The apartment is composed of an entrance, a bathroom, a bacon and a large living room where the kitchen is on one side and the living room where the bed is located that descends from the ceiling. The building is secure (armored door) and the neighborhood very quiet. Lots of shops are close by (casino, Carrefour, etc.). Every Sunday there is the Clichy market which is friendly and filled with artisans from all over France. The nearest metro station (3 minutes) is "Mairie de Clichy" line 13.

Accessible by metro line 11 or tram line 3b, peaceful studio on the outskirts of Paris. This is the studio I live in. I trust that guests will use consumables (food, laundry, etc.) reasonably. Adding air mattress on request for a 3rd person. Possible to discuss check-in time. The studio is in a fairly old apartment and has slight defects. The cooktop works but makes noise. The bed is a futon. No wifi.
