A Charming Little Duplex in Le Pré-Saint-Gervais

I have renovated this lovely little duplex in December 2020. It is in an old and modest U shaped building from the 1930 that mostly hosts families and young artists. The courtyard is lively in the day time and very quite in the evenings. This duplex is my home that i rent when i am away. The neighbourhood is calm, very friendly and mixed, and has everything one needs nearby. I really wish for my guests to treat this place as their homes, respecting all the love and care that I have put into it.
