Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage & beachhut option

This is a 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage, with your own private access. Please note this is very narrow and so would not recommend if you are struggling to walk unaided or if you are in a wheelchair. We do not offer breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large brand-new shower enclosure in the bathroom. We recommend this would suit a family of 3 comprising of 2 adults and 1 small child, we do not accept all men or all women parties. Only 1 bed, and 1 sofabed

Riverbank Retreat is a cosy unique wooden cabin nestled on the riverbank of the River Adur. It is situated in the country's smallest RSPB bird reserve and is the perfect place to get away and relax. The cabin is fully self contained and guests will have all they need to enjoy their stay! On your doorstep you will find the ever changing scenery of the river estuary, the wildlife, walks in the South Downs. The picturesque town of Shoreham by Sea is nearby, and the beach is a 1 minute walk away.

Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. The Dodge is loved by adults and children and featured in CBBC’s All Over The Place. It is comfy and cosy, sleeps 5 (two doubles and optional single bed).
