Cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove and french doors leading to a modern garden with corner sofa and a separate table for alfresco dining. The house is very comfortable, for both families or groups, as both double bedrooms have their own bathroom and there is a third loo downstairs. 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage & beachhut option

This is a 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage, with your own private access. Please note this is very narrow and so would not recommend if you are struggling to walk unaided or if you are in a wheelchair. We do not offer breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large brand-new shower enclosure in the bathroom. We recommend this would suit a family of 3 comprising of 2 adults and 1 small child, we do not accept all men or all women parties. Only 1 bed, and 1 sofabed

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer.
