16th Century Blacksmiths cottage & beachhut option
This is a 16th Century Blacksmiths cottage, with your own private access. Please note this is very narrow and so would not recommend if you are struggling to walk unaided or if you are in a wheelchair. We do not offer breakfast however there is tea and coffee making facilities. There is a large brand-new shower enclosure in the bathroom. We recommend this would suit a family of 3 comprising of 2 adults and 1 small child, we do not accept all men or all women parties. Only 1 bed, and 1 sofabed

Private entrance, bedrooms access private courtyard for coffees in the sun. Wifi / full set up in large bedroom for home working.

Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!
'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)
The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre.
