This stylish, spacious house has been been renovated to a high standard and is a stone's throw away from the beautiful Lancing beach, famous for kitesurfing, but ideal for all water sports, or you can take a lovely stroll at low tide on the sand and visit the cafe overlooking the sea. The property is situated between Shoreham and Worthing, with Brighton a few miles away, which all offer a diverse range of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The south downs is close by offering some great walking.

Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton.
