To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. We do provide Wifi and games at the property and a hot tub on the porch. Dog friendly.

Walk or bike through park- like Edgewater Beach Resort, Empire Park, and below Powersite Dam on the paved, wooded trail. Play disc golf next door at Empire Park.

We love to cook so you will find a well stocked kitchen that we are continually adding to! Towels are plush and plenty!

The Water's Edge is located at Edgewater Beach Resort in Forsyth, MO. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Taneycomo while relaxing on the private back patio. You won't need to pack much with all of the amenities we provide in the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Resort amenities include a fire pit, outdoor pool, playground, laundry room, and fish cleaning station. Boats and boat slips are also available to rent. We are located next to Empire Park and just 16 miles from the Branson Landing.

The resort amenities include the swimming pool, access to boat ramp and a dock slip is always available for a small fee, so bring your boat!
