The guests will have exclusive access to the entire private suite during their stay. The host’s private residence is located just above the Airbnb unit and encompasses the remainder of the home. Guest are asked to remember that the yard, patio, porch, upper levels of the home and the locked storage portion of the lower level just adjacent to the Airbnb unit is unavailable to guests. The host will never enter the rented unit without gaining prior permission from the guest or in the case of a life-threatening emergency or a disaster related to the home. Guests can enjoy an autonomous stay with an optional self check in through a separate, keyless entry to the private unit. Although it allows for a carefree, independent stay, guests can rest well knowing their hosts are close by. If you require alternate transportation, Kansas City has several choices for getting around the city. Uber, Lyft and Z-trip (cabs) - These are smart phone app based scheduling options. Rides can be requested using their smart phone apps that are downloaded from your phones app store. City Buses - The Airbnb is located on the city bus route and can be accessed from more than 5 bus stop within a 3 block radius of the rental. These give access to all routes throughout the city. Bus runs 7 days a week but frequency and schedules vary. Generally they are available Mon-Fri, 5 am to midnight and Sat-Sun, 9 am to 2 am but should be verified on the RIDEKC website. Streetcar - The Kansas City Street car is free and runs every 15 minutes between Crown Center and the River Market. The details can be found on the RideKC website.
