I don’t have much to say, except this stay was well worth it! The house was really neat and tidy, and the host was very thorough with their instructions! Highly recommend!

Karla was a great host and made our stay and the house welcoming and comfortable. There were plenty of toys for the kids to play with as well as board games. The view from the back deck overlooking the lake was stunning. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking as far as pots, pans, cups, etc. There was plenty of room for the whole family & we all enjoyed our stay.

The house was gorgeous. We were able to bring our dogs with us and they had a blast, exploring the ruins and hanging out in the fenced yard area. From the pool table, hot tub and theatre room, to the massive extremely comfortable beds... We loved it all!! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was incredible! 5 king beds, bunk room, and other bedrooms. Plenty of space! We never left the house (rained almost all weekend) kids didn’t even care to go to Branson since we had all the things at the house! They had everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Even provided some coffee! Highly recommend the house. Community is cool. Was very busy. But can’t expect less on Memorial Day. Definitely worth it!

They didn't mention it but in the large bedroom there is a bunkbed with a trundle. That worked better for our family as the kids wouldn't sleep in the game room because there were no curtains. We were a group of 12 and there was only seating for 5 in the living rooms. We had to use their lawn chairs so everyone could sit in the same room. More seating for this larger house would be helpful. We were very pleased with the size and location of the home. It was very peaceful for our family and we would rent again.

This was a girls getaway for my wife and friends. They were so impressed and lived the home so much they ended up staying there more and shopping less! They are already making plans for a return trip.

We enjoyed our stay! There were 9 of us and all were very comfortable. We were so impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked as we had the majority of our meals at home. The location was perfect to the activities we had planned. Whitney was a great host and had thorough communication. Would definitely recommend!

The house was amazing! It's super clean and organized. Before my stay, Whitney sent the instructions, all I need to know about the place and the recommendations for entertainment and food. It was really helpful! We had a family get-together and stayed very comfortably at the place. Overall, 5 star experience and 5 start host! Would stay here again if I come back.

The place was nice and clean. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. It's located in a beautiful area away from the hustle and bustle. Just a short drive to shopping areas and entertainment.

Our family enjoyed our time here. The house was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom.

It was very roomy, comfortable and well furnished with everything we needed for our 4-day vacation with the families of our three adult children. The weather turned rainy, but the hot tub, game console, and board games provided plenty of entertainment. A great place to spend time together as a family!

Perfect spot for our first Branson trip all together! The property is beautifully decorated and very well equiped for a large family! The description was spot on and I had no trouble getting in! Owners were very forthcoming about the construction and it really wasn't an issue. There was some mild noise in the morning but I wasn't able to hear it from inside the home. There is a pool next to the property that we were able to use. Neighbors were super friendly! Hosts were very proactive with information but also very responsive to questions, which weren't many. Great stay so I would definately rebook when we return!

Absolutely incredible stay. We loved everything about this place. Royal view couldn't be more a more fitting name for this stunning property. Even though everything got rained out all weekend, we had the best time hanging at the house enjoying the pool and hot tub every morning and night! I do wish the listing would have been up front about the pool being shared, but we lucked out and had it all to ourselves which was ideal because we were in it the entire weekend!! Really appreciated the layout of the home and master suite as well! House was well stocked with plenty of soap and detergents to wash lots of towels. The check-in/check-out process was also very easy which we really appreciated as a large family traveling a long way. Thanks for the wonderful memories. Will definitely be back!

We loved, loved, loved this place! We stay in a lot of Airbnb's and this one by far is our favorite! It was priced right, easy to find, and absolutely beautiful inside. We had plenty of parking with our boat, the Marina was right down the road, and good restaurants within a shirt distance from the home. Also, this house was top to bottom clean! We actually got to speak to the owner when we first got there and she was so sweet and helpful! We highly recommend this place! 😀

Chad and Nicole have an awesome place and were perfect hosts. The house is beautiful and very large. 4 bedrooms and each has it's own bathroom. The kitchen was also perfect with everything you could possibly need. They've thought of everything. We will definitely book their home again if we are in the Branson Area.

The home and property is absolutely spectacular. The Hosts are very informative and provided clear and concise details regarding travel, stay, and departure. The house was immaculately clean. Every comfort and convenience provided for the stay. And the view is unsurpassed. Property is extremely quiet and manicured to perfection. I give this property and Hosts my highest recommendation and will certainly be returning for future stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It was incredibly spacious—perfect for our three generations of family—with multiple bedrooms that each had their own full bathroom, providing both comfort and privacy. The open-concept kitchen was stunning and well-equipped, with a large island and adjacent dining area that made it easy for everyone to gather, cook, and connect. The house was packed with amenities that kept everyone entertained. We loved the two pickleball courts, the various pools, and all the indoor games like the pool table, shuffleboard table, and a fun indoor version of cornhole. The hot tub and two grills were great for relaxing evenings, and the view from of the lake from the large deck was absolutely gorgeous. This home truly had something for everyone, and we made wonderful memories here. Highly recommend!

Cheerful decor, well stocked kitchen and nice linens. Very cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the peaceful deck and the beautiful views! The location is perfect for Silver Dollar City. We give it an A+!

We had a great stay at this roomy 3-bedroom condo! It was very clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and extra utensils, which made meals easy. The layout worked really well with kids—comfortable, safe, and felt like home. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families!

We stayed here with our kids and another family and it was the perfect spot! We were able to hike on the trail which was right by the house, swim in the pools and hit the beach nearby. Grocery stores and a winery were also within 10-15 minutes. It was 15-20 minutes within everything we wanted to do in Branson! The house is really cute and updated. We loved hanging out on the decks! Jason and Lisa were very responsive and friendly! The propane was out for the fire pit and it was replaced within 20 minutes and worked great! The beds are all really comfy and we cooked in the kitchen for every meal! We will definitely be back!
