Cozy Crosbie House in the Heart of Downtown
This house was a perfect fit for our family of 3. We only needed a space for overnight for a show downtown. The location was perfect for getting to the Tulsa Performing Arts Center, where we headed. It was also easy to access other areas of the city as well. The home was as clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were also very easy to reach, although we didn’t have any issues to have to message them about. Highly recommend for anyone looking for private space at a reasonable price in the Tulsa area.

Welcome to "The Modern Manor".
The home was one of the cleanest we have stayed in and the pictures did it justice. We liked the open floor plan and that we were able to bring our little Cocker Spaniel with us was an extra plus the fenced in backyard was wonderful. We enjoyed the extra amenities as well. Maureen was a very responsive host.

Harvard House - Midtown Modern - NO GHOSTS!
I felt right at home at Lila's place! I was in town for multiple reasons and I literally felt like I was waking up in my own place everyday... THAT is how comfortable I felt. From sitting on the patio working while watching my 2 Shih Tzu's run the fence with the neighbors dogs to lounging on the couch watching TV! I really didn't utilize the kitchen much besides to make coffee and use a plate for pizza because I had numerous events to attend with family and friends. Lila was easy to communicate with and responding very quickly. I over packed because all the toiletries I needed were already there...lol! I will say I'm glad I have a back up camera in my car because the drive way is steep and narrow but other than that everything was perfect! 2 suggestions but literally suggestions...A Keurig coffee pot and a small TV in the bedroom. But even without those this is my new go too home away from home.

The Arches - Updated 3 King Home
We have had a delightful stay. The house was pristine, safe and friendly neighborhood, perfect for a family, central location close to EVERYTHING, and as described. Thank you for an amazing place and stay and warm welcome!

The Oasis-South Tulsa Hidden Gem
We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

Entire home: 2 bed/1 bath by TU/Fair & Downtown
friggin perfect. great location, spacious, cozy. completely worth the affordable price, great spot to stay and the host was helpful and awesome.

Mid-Century Midtown Masterpiece!
Very open, clean, and retro home! The kitchen was the most retro of all, with old school appliances. Kitchen had plenty of dishware and seasonings. Backyard was big and beautiful. Although in a neighborhood off the highway, the house felt very private and quiet. Instructions for everything were very clear that I did not have to teach out to host at any point. Would love to revisit for a longer time!

Great Vibes! Outdoor grill, firepit, string lights
Our stay was truly wonderful, a perfect opportunity to reconnect with family we hadn’t seen in so long. We felt incredibly comfortable, and the amenities fostered quality time together. The space was clean and cozy, making us feel right at home. Thank you, Krystal, for being such an extraordinary hostess.

Private Studio Apartment in Claremore
We came to have a crashing pad after a work conference and I recommend this place as an oasis. It's a home away from home!

The Emerald Escape
Very clean, convenient and comfortable! Easy to “move in” 😍

Historic Maple Ridge Carriage House - Sunset House
Cozy, chic and charming. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the high quality sheets. Husband loved the shower and kitchen. Dog found a tennis ball under the bed. Everyone was happy.

Entire Guest Suite: 2bed, kitchen, big living area
If i’m ever back in town I will definitely be booking with them again! Loved the place, very nice.

Tulsa Treasure— Downtown Retreat
This was a cozy private little getaway spot. We were looking for a place to crash each day after a weeklong high school competition. The housekeeper dropped off toilet paper and paper towels midweek. We were very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen except for coffee in the mornings and to store snacks for our day. It looked to be well-stocked for cooking. One issue we noticed was the shower door was very finicky and difficult to slide. We were worried it might come off the track. This little cottage was decorated very nicely and felt roomy despite the square footage. It was just what we needed and we would stay here again. We reached out to Hannah once during our stay to see if there were extra trash bags and she even swung by and dropped a couple off for us.

Midtown Tudor Private Duplex #1
This is a great little duplex in Midtown. It’s an older home with lots of character and the host is in a great job of fixing it up and adding some fun artwork and features to the place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but is very close to expo Square and many other midtown spots. Less than five minutes from Utica Square.

Cozy 2 Bedroom Brookside Bungalow
We had a GREAT stay at this place! Close proximity to any part of Tulsa, the Gathering Place especially! The back patio and yard were wonderful for gathering in the evening and hanging out after putting our daughter to bed. Clean and comfy space for all 5 adults in our party. Would highly recommend and will certainly stay again!

Brookside Barndominium
Great location on Brookside. Walkable to restaurants if you’re good with up to a mile one way. Host does have a dog, but we didn’t have any interactions. One of OUR dogs can be impulsive so we always monitored. The place was perfect for what we needed and would stay again.

Cozy Expo Square/Fairgrounds/Route 66 Midtown Home
Absolutely wonderful little house! So close to the convention center- if you are working or attending an event there, this place is perfect. Close to everything else we needed for a weekend stay as well-grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants etc. all within a 5-10 minute drive. Hosts were lovely and communicative and the property was clean and well stocked

TU Area Apartment #1 Downstairs
This is a fairly decent, no frills, no fuss area. There are nice places with a short distance to eat and shop. It was centrally located to everything we needed to access for our stay. Darryl is an excellent host! Great communication, not pushy or overly invasive and appropriately friendly! I would definitely recommend him as a host. The accommodations were basic and that is all we were looking for, as we knew we would not be spending much time at the apartment. Our needs were simple: clean, convenient and safe. We received exactly that. Thanks Darryl for being an awesome host! Many blessing!

1 block from Tulsa Expo Square/Fairgrounds.
Kristy was absolutely amazing! We had a minor issue on checking in and she solved it immediately. When our trip was complicated by a scheduling issue, she graciously allowed us a late check out. We were there for a dog show, and this was one of the most pet friendly homes we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was absolutely fantastic with a lovely gas stove. The house has two dining areas and two living rooms so it’s great for a small group! Highly recommend!

Poolside Bliss
We had a great weekend. The area is nice and safe. The backyard was a hit for the family. Even though it was a little cold for me, the kids swam and played in the backyard. There was enough space for sleeping 8 of us. I would stay here again when visiting Tulsa. Thank you

Nice home, conveniently located
Don/Sarah are awesome. They allowed us to check in at 12 pm and check out at 2.30 pm. I’ve stayed at a lot of airbnbs in various countries an this was the first time I had experience with super flexible check in/out time. Thank you so much ! The house was clean, beautiful, in great location and safe neighborhood. I myself lived in Tulsa for 4 yrs and stayed at this house just for 4 days before we moved back to our home country after we sold our own house, so I knew the neighborhood already before we booked the property. You’ll feel like home once you enter the house. Highly recommended !

Folk Victorian Gem/Edge of Downtown
This was our fifth time staying here—and for good reason! It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are lovely, communication is always smooth, and the little touches make it feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect—especially if you’re heading to a show at Cain’s. We always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

Entire House in Quiet South Tulsa
This is our second time to stay at Rick’s house and we would definitely stay again. The place is spacious and is well supplied with so many convenient items. Kitchen is well supplied and there are puzzles, books, blankets and all the things you may want to make the house feel like home. Rick is very responsive but not intrusive.

Tiny House On Cincinnati
While the place is a bit small (it is a tiny home after all), it’s a nice, quiet, and neat little space. Nice kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The steps up to the bedroom loft are a bit steep and taller than normal, so be careful going up and down. I think the only thing we would like to see is a bigger bed, if possible. Right now, it’s a full size, but I think a queen would be better, if it could be done. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the restaurant, Maple Ridge Grocer, across the street is really charming with great food and friendly staff. All in all, a great little place to visit and stay.

Your guide to Tulsa
Welcome to Tulsa
An oil town with artsy swagger, Tulsa is best known for its green spaces, fine craft beers, and dynamic museum scene, which includes the Gilcrease Museum, home to more than 350,000 artifacts from Indigenous peoples that will help you understand the history, settlement, and expansion of Oklahoma. The Woody Guthrie Center pays homage to one of the great American folk singers and songwriters, further spreading the cultural values for which he stood. Though visual arts abound in Oklahoma’s second-largest city, so too do other forms of creative expression. The Tulsa Performing Arts Center hosts the city’s ballet, opera, and symphony, as well as traveling stage productions.
In Midtown, you’ll find a high concentration of independent shops and some of the city’s best craft breweries. Tulsa also was the site of the tragic 1921 Tulsa Race Riot, when the Greenwood District — home to successful entrepreneurs in the 1920s, earning it the nickname of Black Wall Street — was burned to the ground, killing more than 300 people. The Greenwood Cultural Center now tells the story of the massacre through the lens of preserving the African American community’s heritage and shining a spotlight on its achievements.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Tulsa
Spring and fall are pleasant times to be in Tulsa, as Oklahoma summers can be very hot and humid. October in particular is balmy and devoid of heavy crowds. Winter can dip below freezing, with ice and snow not uncommon in December, January, and February. The free, four-day Muscogee (Creek) Nation Festival over the fourth weekend in June is a great opportunity to learn more about the culture and history of the self-governed Native American tribe, the fourth-largest in the United States, who reside in this area of Oklahoma.
Top things to do in Tulsa
Philbrook Museum of Art
Set in a sprawling 72-room Italian Renaissance mansion built in the Roaring ’20s, the Philbrook Museum of Art’s permanent collections include American Indian pottery and basketry alongside American and European paintings; it also specializes in bringing diverse and globally acclaimed exhibits to Tulsa. The extensive English gardens and walking paths that surround the villa round out this 27-acre estate.
The Kendall Whittier District
A shining example of the importance of incentive-driven revitalization in urban cores, the award-winning neighborhood of Kendall Whittier now houses food trucks, a food hall, public art, artist studios, breweries, and rotating markets.
Gathering Place
Set along the Arkansas River, this $500 million outdoor wonderland was gifted to the city by the George Kaiser Family Foundation. Fusing art with green space in a riverfront setting, Gathering Place incorporates grottos, waterfalls, special installations, and sculptures that double as slides alongside tennis courts, a skate park, and water activities like kayaking and paddleboating.
