“JoAnn is an amazing host! She is mindful and strikes a perfect balance between being available and allowing space. It is not easy to share a home with someone, but JoAnn does it with kind graciousness! Because the room is on the third floor, there are stairs-but the plus side is it is extremely quiet AND you get daily exercise 😊! I enjoyed being able to walk anywhere-to the park, the gardens, to church, for coffee or a bite. As a single woman I felt completely safe. I highly recommend JoAnn’s place!”

Recently rehabbed cozy little two story house in The Holly Hills neighborhood in South Saint Louis. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are all on the first floor. The kitchen is fully furnished. The second floor houses the bedroom. There is a fenced in yard for your furry friend.
“Excellent little place! Ground floor is kitchen, living space, and bathroom, upper level is the bedroom. It was clean and cozy. It's set away from the main street and feels very private. Just some notes: the neighbor's dog is obnoxious, the bedroom blinds are thin, and the two floors maintain very different temperatures. These did not affect my stay (5 stars) but they might if you like to sleep in late or don't use white noise like I do. I would definitely go back.”
