To get to the property, it is best to have an SUV or Truck to ensure you cross the few creeks along the way but you are able to drive through with a car most of the time. Walk out your door to fish and kayak, or put your boat in the rented dock slip and fish the many bass, bluegill & trout stocked yearly. Swim in the large sparkling resort pool. Walk or bike through park- like Edgewater Beach Resort, Empire Park, and below Powersite Dam on the paved, wooded trail. Play disc golf next door at Empire Park.

Room 21 is a hot tub suite located at our vintage motel Downtown Hollister. The room is on the creekside of the building and boasts its own private deck and private hot tub. Enjoy the creek and other shared areas of our place including a pickleball court, bbq area, yard games, indoor game room, and free use kayaks. You are within walking distance to the areas best restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and brew houses at our Downtown Hollister location. We are only one mile to the Branson Landing.

Welcome to the Branson Bluff Bungalow! We're perfectly situated downtown and within walking distance to the Branson Landing, Hilton Convention Center, Main St. shopping, and mom-and-pop dining. Cox Medical Center is a 3-minute drive away, and Kanakuk is 10 minutes away. A fully fenced-in yard for up to 3 pets with a maximum weight of 50 lbs. and larger pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The Water's Edge is located at Edgewater Beach Resort in Forsyth, MO. Enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Taneycomo while relaxing on the private back patio. You won't need to pack much with all of the amenities we provide in the fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Resort amenities include a fire pit, outdoor pool, playground, laundry room, and fish cleaning station. Boats and boat slips are also available to rent. We are located next to Empire Park and just 16 miles from the Branson Landing.
