Stay in a newly constructed 1 Bedroom, one-bath 700 sq. foot furnished guest house called The Patriot on D in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You will be just minutes on foot (shorter on bicycle) to the Downtown Square, Crystal Bridges, The Momentary, the Walmart Home Office, bike trails, and local breweries and restaurants. The home is dog friendly but no accessible fenced yard. However, there is ample space for walking your pup around. Please ask about our veteran/first responder rates.

Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head next door(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.
