The location of the studio itself is very nice. The surroundings not so much but once you park and hang out in the outside living area you barely noticed it. Hector was very attentive. On day 3 of our trip he reached out to see how things were. We had a problem with the bed where it wasnt comfortable from sinking the middle. He sent a guy over as soon as we got back to fix the issue right away and he did. It was a wonderful place to stay for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed. I would visit again, thank you for hosting your home 🙂

Home was large, had a full kitchen, living room and dining room. Bathrooms were big. Location is down a narrow street close to excellent restaurants and bars in Miramar. Big grocery store is two blocks away, greenway for running is very close. I would gladly stay there again.

Lane’s beautiful unit offers a sanctuary in the center of the action in Condado. The unit is excellently equipped and comfortable. This is my second stay in this particular building, it does not disappoint! I will be staying again thank you to Lane and team for this awesome oasis in Condado.

I had a wonderful experience at Maria’s Airbnb place. The place was very clean the bed was very comfortable. The place had a double-door which made me feel secure. I’d give it a definite thumbs-up! THANK YOU MARIA!

the condo is beautiful and very clean, great quality furniture and the a\c work great, even tho the climate out side is very hot the condo stayed cool, bathroom is spacious and the bath tube is bigger then a average one so you have a lot of room to move around, leaving room has very nice comfortable couches that will make u want to take a nap, TV is the perfect size and the Internet speed is great no lagging at all, kitchen has everything you need to make pots, pan, plates, utensils, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap and sponge, I felt really safe in the condo and would recommend

If you want a cozy clean place near tons of things to do this is the place for you! Martha was very helpful open and honest about everything which made it easy to make a decision based on her information. If you're going to P.R for the first time and you don't want to rent a car...you prefer to stay in the same neighborhood....while keeping yourself busy this is the location.( you must love to walk). This is the only way to know the neighborhood. We rented a car but we walked everywhere around the neighborhood it felt safe, clean and extremely friendly. Loaded with restaurants, the beach not too far away, T-Mobile district literally around the corner, and La placita about 30 minute walk. worth repeating!

Brenda’s place was a fabulous stay. Everything was exactly the same as the photos. Brenda left very clear instructions to get to the building, it’s a little tricky to find at first, and she was always responsive to any and all questions. If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Juan with walkable access to the T-Mobile Center and a quick 5 minute drive to Old San Juan, look no further.

Beautiful room and bathroom perfect for a couple, had a tv, no stove but a little stove which worked great for simple dinners, it was kinda of far from everything (15-10 mins max ) quiet peaceful

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

I stayed at Lauren's place while attending a conference at the convention center. The walk to the convention center was very easy and quick. I also felt safe walking by myself. Lauren left super clear instructions on how to get inside and park -- so check-in was a breeze. This was especially great since we were arriving so late at night. The apartment was super cute and SO CLEAN! Probably the cleanest air bnb I have visited. She also provided a snorkel and beach towels, and I was able to walk to Playita del Condado for a quick snorkel and swim after the conference. I had so much fun and would definitely book this place again if I ever get to return for a conference. Thank you!

Trust the pictures. What you see is what you get. A nice one bedroom apartment with a breathtaking ocean view. Don’t let the lobby fool you. You will be very happy with your choice to stay here. I know I was. Would definitely come back again.

Great location for two travelers. Stayed here 5 nights and it was perfect! Yvana provided clear step by step instructions that were easy to follow. The room was spacious enough for what we needed. Friendly and helpful people in the area. Very clean and air conditioner worked great. The nights were quiet and peaceful to rest after a long day. We rented a car and parked it in the lot right next door as instructed. A lot of walking distances restaurants, shops, and beach too! The bank, grocery store and Walgreens very close too maybe 10 minute drive. We had no issues at all! Also has laundry downstairs if needed and a private pool that we didn’t get to use because we ran out of time. She must read reviews and improves as needed because there were plenty of towels as I read a review that stated there may not be enough. Will definitely stay again when we decide to come back to Condado beach area Yvana was a great host!

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in San Juan!

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

This apartment was perfect we were 2 couples and we each had our privacy but also had good amount of shared space to hang out in. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning works amazing and Felix as a host was so responsive and his instructions were on point. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to PR and the area was perfect for visiting viejo San Juan we got $5 Ubers.
