Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Laguna del Condado

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Good place to stay. Very clean and spacious. The neighbors have a loud bird that You will hear pretty much all day but other than that it was an amazing stay.

A real find and the perfect beginning to our stay in San Juan. Richard was responsive and had great recommendations on where to go and what to see. The apt was lovely with a great patio and thoughtful touches. Will definitely book again on another trip to San Juan

Very homey and beautiful! I would 100% recommend for couples who want to just get away and enjoy their time together. Alejandro was an amazing host, he communicated greatly with me about checking in, and also shared an helpful list of places to try and what to do when visiting. We loved our stay here! The apartment made us feel like we got to really experience old San Juan. Lots of places to eat around and everything is literally walking distance. Super convenient and the apartment was very clean, great bed and very self explanatory. They had items for beach, as well as things needed for a shower which was a nice bonus. Considering how hot it is in old San Juan, their Air conditioning is NO joke, we didn’t even need to turn it on most of the time, made the rooms chilly very quickly, so for those that get hot easy, you won’t have issues with heat in this apartment. Great spot for exploring in the day time and for a night out bar hopping.

Staying at Rey and Amanda’s place was the best decision we could have made for our trip. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and attentive to our needs. Traveling with small children can be challenging, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for us—offering help when we needed it most and always checking in to ensure we were comfortable. They truly made us feel at home, and their kindness and flexibility made a big difference in our experience. The space was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family, but what really stood out was the warmth and care they brought as hosts. We’re so grateful for everything and would absolutely stay with them again!

The place was very clean in a great location near the beach, had a great pool, and near all the local nightlife and great restaurants. you really do not need a car unless you want to, and Johayra was very helpful in every way. I will book this place again.

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

This stay was by far one of my best experiences staying at an air bnb. The location was such an immersive experience right by beautiful land marks and amazing food as well as really fun night life. The property itself was so charming & extremely well kept. Omar was very helpful and accommodating with anything I needed during my stay! Will definitely come back time and time again!

Maitee’s place was absolutely amazing! Cannot get a more perfect location than this. Super close to everything we needed to get to throughout our stay. So many places near the Airbnb that were walkable and if we needed a car the locations were under 15 minutes. Overall the place was completely spotless. Power did go out once in the hallways which we took the stairs but that’s not under anyone’s control and it was back fairly quickly. However, no complaints! 10/10. I’d not only recommend but definitely would return back to this place!
