Stayed for a long weekend with my boyfriend and it was great! The location is amazing and everything is walking distance. Just like the photos, if not better! I stayed at one of Beatrice’s other units in this exact location, so I did not hesitate to stay here. If you want easy beach access, beautiful beach views from the balcony, or a quick drive to Old San Juan, this unit is where you want to stay. Highly recommend, and I will be returning to this unit in the future when visiting!

Great location, great host, all in all very pleasurable stay. The unit is clean and well stocked with everything you may need like beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and beach cart! Will certainly stay again!

You can't beat the location of Joel's place if you want to explore Carolina and be just steps from the beach. We only stayed one night, but it had everything we needed. Cool, quiet, and safe—it was the perfect place to end our time in Puerto Rico. Tip for light sleepers: I always travel with a sleep mask and noise-canceling headphones, and they came in handy with the early morning sun and aiport departures. Not a reflection of the host—just a personal travel must-have.

Host is very responsive with any questions that you have. Location is convenient, 15 minutes from the airport. We walked a couple of days to bakery’s nearby. The place matched the description. Host has a guidebook with recommendations.

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing time at Casa Parque! The property was so peaceful and absolutely beautiful. Exactly what we wanted for our trip! Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

Wow, we just returned from our honeymoon stay at Ryan and Lisa’s place and I couldn’t wait to write a review! From beginning to end they made our stay absolutely remarkable and memorable. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! ⭐️ From the amazing backyard oasis and waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest, to touring el Yunque with Ryan (amazing!!) to their exquisite food (OMG I will dream of their food!) to their love and care and attention to every detail, this was an experience we will never forget. Their gracious hospitality makes this far beyond what you would ever expect from an Airbnb experience. We return home with new long distance friends and can’t wait to plan a return visit! We were mesmerized by the beauty of the rainforest, the sounds of the coqui, and overall experience we would have not found elsewhere. Nelson and his wife were on site, completely accessible if we needed anything. If you are looking for a unique experience in PR, look no further!

Amazing house and host. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Updated amenities are great. Walking distance from a gas station and 24 hour supermarket was great convenience and had good food too. It was very clean. We enjoyed our stay here!
