Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean in the middle of the Condado beach area which has all sorts of food to choose from. If you are wondering whether to book this place you will not regret it. Meilyn was very kind, responsive and helpful during our stay, we look forward to coming back.

The place is exactly as it is in the photo. It has a great view. It's in the best area. Everything you need is around pharmacy , restaurant , bar, beach 3min away . I felt super safe and it’s super clean.

Our stay at Arlene’s place was great. The location was very accessible to many restaurants and beaches! The apartment was clean and had everything you could need.

It is a true one bed one bath apartment. but with the ammendities that come along with the unit (beach & pool access), assigned parking. the views. Also the walkability to nearby restaurants, bars. stores made it an enjoyable stay.

The furniture and decoration are very stylish The room is also very large, with a sofa bed, a large TV, a long dining table, a kitchen, two toilets, a large bed, and a washing machine and dryer Kitchenware, tableware, and even cocktail shakers, decanters, aromatherapy machines, snorkeling masks, beach chairs, and a lot of towels are prepared for us to go to the beach. It is very convenient The landlord replied to messages very quickly and solved any problems immediately Uber to old San Juan and the airport ~ 10 dollars and 10 minutes Very safe, many restaurants and supermarkets around

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Condado, San Juan, and it was an absolute gem! Perfectly located, this place is a dream for anyone looking to experience the vibrant energy of San Juan while enjoying a comfortable, well-equipped home base. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from cookware to utensils, making it easy to whip up meals when you’re not dining out. The beach essentials provided—towels, chairs, and even a cooler—were a huge plus, as the beach is just a short walk away. We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

The location of the studio itself is very nice. The surroundings not so much but once you park and hang out in the outside living area you barely noticed it. Hector was very attentive. On day 3 of our trip he reached out to see how things were. We had a problem with the bed where it wasnt comfortable from sinking the middle. He sent a guy over as soon as we got back to fix the issue right away and he did. It was a wonderful place to stay for sure.

Great home near lots of restaurants and beach. Checking in was super smooth and the hosts were great at communicating with us! The place is just as pictured.

Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. This Airbnb is amazing! It looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean when we arrived. In the kitchen were basic spices and any appliances you may need. Erik was also extremely kind in leaving a complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water in the fridge. The walk-in shower had both a handheld and overhead spout which was useful for after swimming on the beach. In the closet were chairs, towels and umbrellas for trips to the beach. The bedroom had a TV which was convenient. The location is very nice with various restaurants down the road, only five minutes from the beach, ten minute drive from Old San Juan, about 5 min. away walking to the grocery store. The only thing confusing was finding the location of the gate at first (next to the hedge), but checkin was very smooth otherwise. The parking is extremely tight, be careful. Erik himself responded very fast and a very kind host! I would highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to coming again!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed at Lauren's place while attending a conference at the convention center. The walk to the convention center was very easy and quick. I also felt safe walking by myself. Lauren left super clear instructions on how to get inside and park -- so check-in was a breeze. This was especially great since we were arriving so late at night. The apartment was super cute and SO CLEAN! Probably the cleanest air bnb I have visited. She also provided a snorkel and beach towels, and I was able to walk to Playita del Condado for a quick snorkel and swim after the conference. I had so much fun and would definitely book this place again if I ever get to return for a conference. Thank you!

Coral’s place was as pictured on the listing and more. The place is spacious enough for two people and the amenities were as described on the listing. The view overlooking Isla Verde and beach was amazingly beautiful. The host was very responsive and available if needed. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Great location for two travelers. Stayed here 5 nights and it was perfect! Yvana provided clear step by step instructions that were easy to follow. The room was spacious enough for what we needed. Friendly and helpful people in the area. Very clean and air conditioner worked great. The nights were quiet and peaceful to rest after a long day. We rented a car and parked it in the lot right next door as instructed. A lot of walking distances restaurants, shops, and beach too! The bank, grocery store and Walgreens very close too maybe 10 minute drive. We had no issues at all! Also has laundry downstairs if needed and a private pool that we didn’t get to use because we ran out of time. She must read reviews and improves as needed because there were plenty of towels as I read a review that stated there may not be enough. Will definitely stay again when we decide to come back to Condado beach area Yvana was a great host!

Ron was flexible with my check-in time which I very much appreciated. The instructions to enter the apartment were clear and the place was clean. I also appreciated him reaching out during the power outage to see if I needed anything. There was also a great view of the ocean from the balcony! I would recommend staying here!
