Héctor mantuvo excelente comunicación y contestó cada pregunta que le hacía sin problemas, además fue muy amable en dejarme tener una visita momentánea por cuestiones de mi trabajo, tenía todo lo que necesitaba, muy tranquilo el lugar para descansar. 100% recomendado.

Home was large, had a full kitchen, living room and dining room. Bathrooms were big. Location is down a narrow street close to excellent restaurants and bars in Miramar. Big grocery store is two blocks away, greenway for running is very close. I would gladly stay there again.

The space is small but definitely efficient. Jenny kept the kitchen stocked with everything we needed, we were easily able to make a quick breakfast each morning. More towels would be appreciated since it’s located near a beach but overall I had a great stay and felt safe and comfortable!

Love PR so much! The accommodation was so pristine and enjoyable. Located in a great walkable neighborhood. Made the trip very memorable. Also, I really loved the heavyweight blanket. It was very helpful after a productive day. I can’t wait to come back and book again!

Lane’s beautiful unit offers a sanctuary in the center of the action in Condado. The unit is excellently equipped and comfortable. This is my second stay in this particular building, it does not disappoint! I will be staying again thank you to Lane and team for this awesome oasis in Condado.

Jean Pierre was an exceptional host—accommodating and flexible, especially as our travel plans were impacted by flight delays. Despite our late arrival, he warmly welcomed us upon arrival. The location is ideal, with everything within walking distance. While we didn’t require much during our stay, as everything we needed was either provided or conveniently nearby, Jean Pierre remained attentive and ensured we were well taken care of. We look forward to returning soon.

El alojamiento es tal cuál se describía. Es cómodo, espacioso y lugar súper tranquilo. Marcó fue muy amable y respondió a todas nuestras preguntas. Siempre estuvo atento a que nuestra estancia fuera cinco estrellas. ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ La única observación que tengo que hacer y no es relacionada a la grata estadía que tuvimos es que hay un olor a humedad en los pasillos del edificio muy fuerte. Afortunadamente ese olor no pasa al apartamento y no nos afectó en lo absoluto. Definitivamente sí nos volveríamos a quedar ya que es súper céntrico.

It was all in the details! After a long trip, we walked into a vibe! The place was so pretty, clean, smelled great, cool, & even light music playing upon entry 🥰. They had stock of so many things, even a hair flat iron which we happened to need. The balcony was my fave. Located in the heart of action. Anytime I texted, I received a rapid response and directions were so clear, which I love. I’d love to come back.

Very nice place to stay. Looked exactly like the photos and very responsive host. In the same location as many other hotels and a traveler safe area. Tiny part of a beach was about 100 feet away from the condo and the host had towels, chairs, and other beach items tucked away in a closet. Very useful (we didn’t use any because we didn’t have time but they looked very clean and very neat). Cool A/C and fan combination (the fan may be needed to circulate the cool air) and it was on the 8th floor so it had nice views of the local “Night Kayaking.” Security for the building was present every night and day. Good tourist spot for sure. A Starbucks right around the corner and the condo was in a good central location and was very walkable (if you like to take walks slightly longer than 5-10 minutes) not a bad commute in general. Cheap and readily available Uber’s if you chose to not walk. Clean space with decent water pressure and water would get decently hot, not American hot but warm-hot.

As someone who works in the travel industry, I can confidently say, look no further than this place. Hotel nights will cost you double for half the experience. If you're looking to travel like a local but still enjoy the comforts and amenities of home, this is it. First off, the location and views are unbeatable. It was the perfect fit for our needs, and the scenery alone was worth every dollar. The property offers easy access to many must-see spots and activities around San Juan. Everything about the listing is clear and accurate: what you get and what you don’t is outlined transparently. The check-in instructions are tailored to answer every possible question: simple, helpful, and clear. Javier’s communication, both before and during our stay, was flawless. Another major plus: safe, secure parking, something you don’t always find. You can tell this place is well cared for. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Trust the pictures. What you see is what you get. A nice one bedroom apartment with a breathtaking ocean view. Don’t let the lobby fool you. You will be very happy with your choice to stay here. I know I was. Would definitely come back again.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in San Juan!

Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

This airbnb was perfect! Gerardo was very quick at responding and suggested multiple restaurants in the area to try out, as well as some activities. The view from the balcony is unreal. It was very spacious and could easily accommodate 4-6 people if needed. We had a blast! Thank you, Gerardo.

This apartment was perfect we were 2 couples and we each had our privacy but also had good amount of shared space to hang out in. The apartment was spotless and the air conditioning works amazing and Felix as a host was so responsive and his instructions were on point. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone wanting to go to PR and the area was perfect for visiting viejo San Juan we got $5 Ubers.
