Villa vacation rentals in La Spezia

We had a great time at the property. Elisabetta was a great host - always very proactive, recommending great places and restaurants to visit and quickly responded to questions. The house itself has a very nice style and there is plenty of space for 7+ people. We really enjoyed the big garden and the pool. As already noted in other reviews, the neighbours dogs can be loud in the evening. However we were lucky and they only barked the first night - the following nights were quiet. We arrived by car, and I can only recommend everyone to do this too, so we could easily visit the nearby towns like Lucca. Also the beach is just a 10 minute ride by car. Conclusion: a beautiful house with a lot of possibilities for activities in a nice surrounding. We would come back at any time 😊

We had a wonderful family stay at Luisella and Andrea's. They were very friendly and helpful, letting us check in early after a very early flight. The house is very spacious and well equipped, with plenty of utensils etc. The pool area was beautiful, and the garden huge. The location was fabulous, an easy drive to Lucca, Pisa and many more. Overall we had a fantastic time, but it is important to be mindful of extra charges when booking. There were charges for linens, towels, travel cot and electricity use. While we were prewarned about these, they do add onto the original cost.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

We had a very pleasant stay at Gianluca’s place. The host was always very responsive and proactive. The house is located at beautiful surroundings, the villa itself is super beautiful, well equipped, spacious and it was perfectly clean. Thanks a lot!

We had a lovely time in Montignoso! The house is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by a gorgeous garden of flowers and fruit trees, it truly felt like we were a part of the Tuscan landscape. We had a great weekend in the house. The view of the sea and the bay of Levanto is amazing. All this in a very quiet place. In short, a great place to enjoy la dolce vita.

A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! Marco and his family are impeccable hosts who made us feel at home. Available and always responsive. House in a great location and convenient both for going to the sea and for spending a quiet day by the pool. I'd go back!

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

We had a lovely week. Unfortunately, the pool was much too cold around that time. In high summer, it will certainly give good cooling. The garden is a dog paradise. We were 11 adults. The 5 rooms were too few for this. The kitchen equipment was sufficient for 12 people. We were able to cook and barbecue extensively. Unfortunately, the coffee maker was not enough for everyone. Only the conventional method helped. The separate wine cabinet was used extensively by us. All in all a good place for Max. 10 adults and two young kids at a warm season.

Great experience. The hosts were hospitable but at the same time left us a lot of privacy. It was like being alone in the villa. The house is very nice and spacious. The outdoor space with a pool and garden is fabulous. Great experience I recommend.

We are very grateful that Tatiana shares her private place with us. The house has a special atmosphare, beautiful views around and beautiful nterior design with lot of memories. Everything is perfectly organised by Debora, to make our holidays wonderful. We loved the garden, the terrace, the spirit of the house and the nature around very much. Hope to come again!

Very clean accommodation with everything you need and more. Perfect for a stay with friends thanks to the large garden and large outdoor pool. Great location, 15 min walk from Pietrasanta historic center, 5 min drive from the beaches of Marina di Pietrasanta. There are supermarkets, bars, and restaurants in the area. A punctual, friendly and thoughtful host, but above all absolutely available. It's a pity it's in an industrial area, but it's absolutely irrelevant once you're there! Everything was perfect and I'm happy to have met Paola and her husband. If I were to return to stay in the area, I would certainly check the availability of this accommodation first. More than satisfactory value for the price!

Impeccable, we have had an amazing family holiday with our young son and couldn’t ask for more. Brilliant location, not far from Pisa which was helpful for flying and we could access many areas of interest in the region. More importantly when we spent time at the villa it was just perfect, there is so much space in the garden and great facilities for our family. We really enjoyed getting out on the bikes. Fantastic hosts, very welcoming and the recommendations on where to visit were appreciated. We were sad to leave and would love to return.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Nice welcome by hosts Patrizia and Carlo. Very useful tips on what to do and where to eat in the folder in the house. The holiday home is located on enclosed private property (fence with its own remote control), spacious space for car and sunbathing on the lawn.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality! We had a great stay at Il nido. The house felt perfect for five of us to use as a base for our stay. Immediately comfortable and cosy, with an excellent kitchen, and and a wonderful space for us to be together in. Spotlessly clean, and convenient with bathrooms arranged over two floors. A short but steep walk into town for all amenities, and the elevation providing us great views from the garden pergola. Friendly hosts whom we saw from time to time were attentive. All in all, we couldn't have wished for a better base for our cycling trip! Thank you, Craig

This was honestly one of the nicest Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. We were able to stay an extra day since we enjoyed it so much. Gianmarco was extremely responsive and helpful. His place was immaculate and it was just a short distance to town. We enjoyed several days at the beach. It was truly remarkable place.

Host was excellent. Welcomed us as we arrived with a tour of the house. House was as expected from the photos, very clean and comfortable. Good amenities and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed using the pizza oven! Host was available for any queries throughout our stay.
