Vacation rentals with a patio in La Spezia

Beautiful apartment with a fabulous view of the stunning Golfo Dei Poeti made this the perfect base for our stay in Lerici. It is a very short walk from the picturesque hilltop village of La Serra and within easy walking distance of Lerici town and local beaches. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Lola is extremely friendly and helpful and a great communicator. I would be very happy to come back.

The accommodation and the very friendly hosts exceeded our expectations! Accessibility for any questions was always given. We felt absolutely safe in a quiet, somewhat secluded environment with great views of the Mediterranean. The terrace is not visible from any side, so that privacy is also maintained here. The decor of the apartment is functional and has a certain "clean-chic". Everything is thought of, whether air conditioning, shutters, espresso maker, etc. We can recommend the apartment at any time. Located on the old part of town, with beautiful views to the beach and across the rooftops. The roof terrace was a bonus to chill after a long walking day. You will be very close to the Church and the bells sounding but it makes it very authentic. Loads of restaurants and gift shops nearby but doesn’t feel overly touristy.

We immediately felt at home and had a great time in Silvio’s flat which is wonderfully spacious, light, comfortable, perfectly situated in the heart of the city and has a lovely balcony where we had our breakfasts and evening meals. The essential ingredients and cool drinks in the kitchen were much appreciated. It was the perfect base for discovering the Cinque Terra and La Spezia. I do recommend it to any one who does not mind walking up to the fourth floor. Many thanks Silvio, we also loved the decoration !

Amazing place to explore the Cinque Terre. All is exactly as described. It is really a luxury life here with the magnificent view from the terrass, the jacuzzi etc. All is super calm, the bed is very comfortable so I really appreciate my stay here. On top of that. Sandro was very nice with me as he picks me up at the station and helps me with the luggage. Very friendly host. Highly recommended place!!!

This was the best stay during our trip to Italy. Cinque Terra is beautiful and Lorenzo went above and beyond to ensure our stay was phenomenal. He is friendly and helpful, and keeps the place immaculate. Lorenzo achieved the impossible; the one place my wife had no complaints about.

Wow - it was really so beautiful! I also recommended the beautiful accommodation directly to my friends. We were even allowed to arrive earlier and were warmly welcomed. We were in Italy in June and the stone walls made it pleasantly cool in the bedroom. It was as typically Italian as you can imagine. Everything is very clean. The garden and the complex are super well maintained. Huge lemon trees, olive trees, flowers - everything is very harmonious and exudes its Italian flair. The pool and views are truly a dream! The location is perfect for excursions to Pisa or Cinque Terre. We were even invited to dinner and that was really an experience. The neighbors and Eugenio and family are very nice. It was incredibly delicious. Perhaps interesting: in the village, there is a supermarket (about 10 min. drive) and a bakery. Walking the dog directly at the property is a little difficult, as there is only the steep street. It was perfect for us - thank you ❤️

We had a wonderful place to stay. Nicolò was very friendly and helpful. When there were problems with the taxis, he picked us up from the train station and brought us back. All in all a perfect holiday.

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

Anna was an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a success even though it was only a 1 night stay. She was so kind as to also organise a collection to her place and then drive us to the station herself the very next day. The accommodation was beautiful and extremely tasteful in its styling and appearance in every way. In addition it was also remarkably clean. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

A fantastic place to stay which we would definitely recommend. There’s a great beach less than 15 minutes drive away, a fantastic bakery and a homemade pasta shop both within a 5 minute walk. Both Andrea and his wife were super friendly and gave us some helpful tips.

If you like to live in a piece of heaven for a few days with an extremely nice host, this is the right place to rent. The house itself is very cozy with an outstanding view as described in descriptions. Emilia and family are super nice and very fast responding with great local recommendations for restaurants, tours, and public transportation. The place is very clean with lovely interior and exterior. You find whatever you need in this house. I recommend it to all my friends to rent it if they travel to Cinque Terre.

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

I loved the house, very comfortable and clean. Daniele was very attentive, responded quickly to messages and gave us several tips for visits. We went by car, we parked in front of the house, everything went very well.

We were warmly welcomed by Dennis and his dad. The instructions and conversation were clear as they can speak French and English. The recommendations given on things to see on site were very good and gave us ideas during our stay. We would highly recommend hosting!

It was great staying at Luca’s apartment. Easy to catch the bus to the train or into town to eat. Parking for a rental was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. This is a good place to launch your adventure in the Cinque Terre. Tip - catch the early trains to beat all the crowds!

We loved Daniela’s place in the little town of Le Grazie so we came back for the second time. Super property & super host! Daniela and her family are the best. The apartment is really beautiful and comfortable. Ample supplies throughout to make us feel right at home. The town is darn cute and lively. Easy to get to La Spezia and Porto Venere. Weekly visitor parking was a breeze!
