Vacation rentals with a pool in La Spezia

Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

We were two adults with a 4 year old. The place has lots of space and has everything you need. Even with 2 kids, there would have been plenty of space. The pool was amazing. It is quite big and we enjoyed it with the heat each day. The pool was spottless, there were even some pool toys for our little one available. Michelle was very helpful by giving recommendations and we got even some home grown lemons that smell amazing. The place has an unforgetable view and it is very quiet and privat. Is really one of the best Airbnb we had. We had 10 days with Michelle and his wife. We could have stayed longer, as there is so much to do and see in the area. We will for sure come back again!

We felt completely comfortable in the Villa Millin! The house is clean and lovingly maintained. Loredana was extremely friendly, always easily accessible and welcomed us warmly. The villa is fantastically beautiful in the middle of nature – a perfect retreat to relax. The property is spread over three levels: downstairs the house with several cozy seating areas, on the middle level a Hollywood swing with impressive views of the valley, and upstairs the pool area with lounging areas and a fantastic panorama of the surrounding countryside. The access is a bit adventurous, but well feasible – and the location compensates for it. We really liked everything, we didn't miss anything and would come back anytime. A small note: On weekends you can occasionally hear motorcycles from the street in the valley – but during the week and at night it is wonderfully quiet. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay!

We spent a week in Daniele and Chiara's villa and loved the location - within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit - and the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa is just the right size for for a couple and the terrace, with its comfortable outdoor furniture, and the excellent pool were a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. Brilliant!

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

We had the pleasure of spending a week in Maria's beautiful house on Lake Vagli. The location right by the reservoir is simply fantastic and offers stunning views. The place is very cozy and well equipped – there was nothing missing! Particularly noteworthy is the kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. We were immediately supported with every question or request. It was a wonderful time and we highly recommend the house. Many thanks to Maria and her family!

Everything went smoothly for this stay! Ilaria took great care with us to prepare for our arrival, with the crib we had asked for, full of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we were paying attention to. It is a great solution for people wishing to visit the area by car. Reserved space, closed parking, the place was super quiet, nice. We would recommend it without hesitation! Thank you for everything Ilaria!

For those looking for a quiet and complete apartment, Rita's apartment is super recommended. We stayed for 5 nights without ever hearing any noise or disturbing noises. Great terrace overlooking the pool used several times for dinner in complete tranquility.

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

We spent five nights at Assunta's. The house immerses you directly in the Italian atmosphere, it is very atypical and pleasant. We were 5 adults and 2 babies aged 1 and 2 and were very comfortable in this large house. Assunta and her son are available and very responsive. The train station is only 7 minutes by car (free parking) to get to the central station in La Spezia then 15 minutes by train to the Cinque Terre which is great and fast. Regarding the equipment of the house, it would just be missing a sofa and a microwave, otherwise it is very well-equipped. I thank Assunta and her son for this wonderful stay.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Nicola’s place! Every single detail has been so thoughtfully considered. The space is exactly as pictured (if not better!), and everything, from the bed to the living areas, was comfortable and beautifully designed. The location was perfect-peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the bicycles, it was great to know they were available if we wanted them, just another thoughtful touch! Nicola was outstanding, so kind, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and his attentiveness to every little detail made us feel genuinely cared for. The private rooftop terrace was a dream. We loved having the upstairs kitchen to prepare lunches and dinners with a view, and the pool was the ideal escape from the heat. This place is a gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming of coming back!

We spent two wonderful nights in a truly enchanting place. The accommodation was neat, clean and very cozy, with beautiful wooden furniture and a very comfortable bed. There was everything we needed to feel good and relax. We loved the private pool, the animals on the property (adorable chickens and cats!) and the tranquility of the place. We immediately felt at ease, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the host and his family: they were there for anything and ready to help us. The location is convenient both to reach Pietrasanta (about 15 minutes) and Forte dei Marmi (about ten minutes), but at the same time immersed in nature, perfect for unwinding. We absolutely recommend this place to couples, families, or anyone looking for relaxation and a little peace. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful pool and garden

We really had a wonderful stay. The host welcomed us incredibly warmly and immediately recorded an entire plan for things to do and hidden gems. The kitchen is really WELL equipped. The only small drawback, the mattresses are unfortunately very saggy and you should ventilate a lot, as it is very humid in the lower room due to the shower. Still, this place is HIGHLY recommended !! It was great

This is an amazing villa with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. The villa really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The closest shops are only a 10-15 minute drive away from the villa. I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. We loved the swimming pool, gardens and the surrounding area. The house was spacious and well equipped. The location is excellent. A car is recommended as travelling to and from Camaiore by bus or taxi is not easy. Sandro was extremely helpful at all times We loved it all.

We came with a group of friends for the weekend: the house and garden are very nice, beautiful views, surrounded by greenery. We had a great time, the host was kind and helpful! We will gladly return to Garfagnana

We had a wonderful time at La Chiazza. It is a beautiful place. The outside was particularly good with multiple seating areas, plenty of loungers, pool towels and deckchairs. The pool was great although a little cold at first. We enjoyed playing table tennis and pool. The drive to the property is not for the faint of heart. Get a narrow car, preferably automatic. We did have an issue with drainage smell after heavy rain but it did go once it dried up. Both Emma and the owner were very attentive.

A good place to rest easy. Far from tourist traffic. Only local people, local eateries in neighboring villages. Minus or plus far to main roads, lots of serpentines. You definitely need to stock the nearest store about 15 minutes by car. Super pool - clean, well-maintained, and I recommend this place.

Our time spent in the house could not have been better. The hosts were there right from the word go to welcome us and were always available and attentive if we needed anything. The house is stunning. The photos probably don’t do it justice. It’s arranged over many floors and the overall cleanliness and decor was of an excellent standard. Great comfortable beds, big bathrooms (our favorite was the top floor hot tub with sea views) and of course the swimming pool is an amazing place to relax around in the beautiful gardens. Although you are in a village, the sense of privacy is very impressive. There is a fantastic bar and restaurant a 30 second walk from the house that we ended up eating in every night as it was so good. Overall one of our best airbnb experiences. We are already looking at booking again. Thanks guys for the wonderful time at your beautiful house.
