Since 2004, we have been renting a large private room located in the annex with an internal bathroom and shower, kitchenette, air conditioning, garden, small swimming pool, and a view of the Gulf of Poets. WIFI and private parking along the way are free . From June 1 to August 31, a MINIMUM stay of 3 NIGHTS; the rest of the year, 2 nights. Upon reservation, we prepare sweet, savory, lactose-free and/or gluten-free breakfast for the AFC network of the Italian Celiac Association. The fee is € 8 per person.

We renovated the family home where we moved to live to make it comfortable, we tried to keep the original architecture as much as possible, adding eco-sustainable comforts and using ecological materials where possible, in harmony with our way of seeing and living. You will live in our home, but your privacy is guaranteed.

Welcome to room 403, thanks for paying attention to our listing!:) We are located in Piazza Saint Bon in La Spezia less than a two-minute walk from the "La Spezia Centrale" train station, so it is an ideal location for all lovers of the Cinque Terre. This lovely bedroom is located in Corniglia's centre, nearby the departure of the footpath to Vernazza. It's at the ground floor, on the pedestrian foothpath who join to Vernazza. It's very small but comfortable, perfect for a young couple or two friends. Just renew! Outside the house there is our nice garden with a beautiful sea view; in it is possible to sit, have a sun-bath, enjoying the view, relax.
