A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. My accommodation is in the city center, close to the promenade, 200 mt from the departure of boats to 5 Terre and Portovenere and to the cruise terminal. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families with children or for three adults but it is possible to sleep also four persons : there are a double bed and a sofà bed for 2. I can offer to guests the ticket for free parking nearly the apartament. In La Spezia it is necessary to pay a tourist tax of 2,5 Euro for person and for night.
