House vacation rentals in La Spezia

Very well-kept property with attention to detail! In addition to the full cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for getting around by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be too suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Gorgeous pool (cold in May, but once we were in, it was great!) Great location, so peaceful. We drove into La Spezia because train strikes made the local station impractical, otherwise it would have been very handy. The cinque terre are really stunning. We also did a sunset cruise from La Spezia which was excellent. Fabios restaurant is 2 mins away - sadly we didn’t have time to go - next time! Initially we thought the house was a.little damp (the weather had been bad) but once we put the air con on heating this improved in no time ✅. (The listing suggests the apartment doesn’t have heating - it does. Plus very good air con when the weather improved!) Fabio and Simona were there when we asked a question and otherwise unobtrusive which was great. Basic kitchen facilities and equipment, but enough - we would go back!

Fabrizia is an amazing host. You feel comfortable in the house, and have a beautiful view from the bedrooms! The garden is fantastic, especially to cook comfortably and enjoy the evenings. Thanks a lot!

The Casina del Noce and its wonderful garden are a pearl of Versilia. The house is small but cozy, the giant garden, very well kept and the pool the ideal solution to cool off and especially if you have children like us. Massimo and Ilaria were always available, kind and very nice in the chats we had! The house is close to the Versilia sea that offers everything, for families and non-families. We hope to return soon at the end of the summer to enjoy another week of tranquility and nature!

We stayed 4 nights with 2 children aged 4 and 7. Sergio and Ornella were very kind in welcoming us a few hours in advance of the time allowed... immediately we noticed the excellent location in terms of cleanliness, comfortable indoor spaces and well-maintained outdoor spaces that have really made a difference, allowing children to play in maximum safety among flowers, trees, a magnificent view and an already working pool for the spring period...... still cold water but the summer climate gave us the courage to try it!!!! Strategic location for the 5 Terre and not only......Sergio and Ornella are super and have also recommended other places no less! No problem but the road is a little winding (but asphalt ok) to get there but that once it doesn't scare you anymore! The only place booked with AirB that really reflects what the host has proposed...... we highly recommend it!!!! Greetings and happy holidays!

Great stay. Elisa was very kind and she looked after us very well. Beautiful peaceful house, we enjoyed being able to relax by the pool in the morning or at the end of the day.

stay at Andréa's place very well Andrea very welcoming and available if needed the scenery is beautiful a little sporty access to the accommodation but it's worth it i recommend it.

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. It had everything we needed and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxing time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even reserved them for us. The place was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. We felt super comfortable and would recommend the accommodation. Thumbs up, thank you Michele 👌🏼🥂

Cristian was an immaculate host and this space was beyond impressive. Pictures truly didn’t do the space justice and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality, responsiveness when arriving and finding our way around, and general needs. Would absolutely love to be back!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful, cared for in every detail and very clean. The location is really top, convenient for everything. Omar was very kind and super helpful from the first contact, he made us feel really welcome. Everything was perfect: we couldn't have asked for more. We arrived on a rainy day, Angela was waiting for us in the rain and kept the closest place to the accommodation so we could park, it was super nice. Very warm welcome, very quiet and cozy accommodation. Clean, with all the necessary equipment. We felt like we were at home. They are really attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation owned by a person with a big heart.

We had a fantastic week in I Brichi. The house is comfortable, well equipped and furnished with a lot of love. The well-kept terraced garden is paradisiacally green and landscaped with many flowering plants. There are many seats. The view of the whole bay is beautiful. You are completely private here and can enjoy the tranquility. Chiara is a great host, always available, responds quickly and gave us many helpful tips and recommendations for the area. Various snacks, drinks, fresh oranges/lemons and herbs from our own garden enriched our stay. We felt at home and would come back at any time.

We were with a family of five in Alessia's beautiful house and made numerous excursions to the surrounding area and beyond. The house offered an extremely pleasant retreat from all the hustle and bustle, e.g. to the Cinque Terre. It is not a normal cottage, but the private house of Alessia and her husband and is full of loving memories of the numerous trips they have taken. A really homey place where you feel very comfortable! In addition, Alessia is a very thoughtful host who is always available.

We spent 3 nights at Sergio's Airbnb. Questions were answered quickly and reliably by Sergio, and he also left good tips including a self-compiled guide in the apartment. The location of the apartment is really very good and you are right in the pedestrian zone of La Spezia. Only the volume in the evening takes some getting used to, but I think that's the case in every pedestrian zone of well-attended cities. 😉 All in all, a great stay!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

Wonderful house, stunning view and garden and very equipped house + outdoor kitchen. Love it.

We had a very nice week at 6 with 2 teenagers and 2 children. Lerici which is 2 km away is a good starting point to visit the 5 Terres by boat. Lerici and Tellaro are also very nice to visit. The accommodation is calm and comfortable. The different terraces are pleasant.

The accommodation is a small detached cottage in the middle of the vineyards, which is fully available. The area is away from the hustle and bustle and yet well located for a visit to the Cinque Terre (by bus you only need a few minutes to Riomaggiore). Right outside the front door, there are some great hiking opportunities (e.g. to Biassa or Porto Venere). The personal welcome by Eleonora and Emilia was great. They even reserved us a place in the nearby parking lot (due to the holiday, there was more going on). We enjoyed the stay to the fullest.

We had a wonderful 5 days at Maria Grazia's! The place is so beautiful and the view is stunning. It's very peaceful and you sleep very well there. Maria Grazia is very attentive and responsive. We were perfectly welcomed. The garden is nice for everyone, including our dog. We really liked the outdoor pizza oven! The location is both quiet and close to Lerici on foot. Lerici and the surrounding villages have nothing to envy from the Cinque Terre as they are beautiful and away from the crowds ;) We would totally recommend this listing.
