Vacation rentals with a hot tub in La Spezia

Ho soggiornato in questa splendida casa per un tour tra Calice al cornoviglio e dintorni, un posto ricco di sentieri, panorami mozzafiato e soprattutto relax! La casa è un gioiellino, la stanza vetrata al piano di sopra è unica! Questa casa ha tutti i comfort: dall’idromassaggio riscaldato, al camino, allo spazio fuori, al barbecue, non saprei cosa potrebbe esserci di meglio, devo dire che mi ha sorpresa in super positivo! La cura nei dettagli, la pulizia, che dire tutto impeccabile! Denise è magnifica, molto disponibile e reattiva. Se si cerca un posto dove il tempo scorra lentamente e sia di qualità questo è assolutamente quello giusto. Mi dispiace solo non poter dare molte più stelle!!

Magnifique gîte, spacieux, propre avec la climatisation, jacuzzi et une place de voiture avec un petit jardin. Idéalement situé pour la visite des cinque terre. je le recommande 😉 Vincent, Cindy & Nathan.

Grazioso appartamento sul lungomare con accesso alla spiaggia e piscina. La casa ben pulita e ordinata e il personale davvero gentile, abbiamo trovato anche un ottimo supporto dal personale del bagno. Tutto perfetto, consigliato

The place is a dream. Nothing short. You have everything you could want... Dinner in the beautiful garden, coffee on the balcony, or a short drive to Sestri Lavante for a nice aperitivo on the beach. Ivanna and her family were amazing... So comfortable, accommodating, and laid back. We really felt like we had our own little paradise. We will recommend to anyone ever visiting the area.

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed! Paolo was a fantastic host and went above and beyond to make our stay as easy as possible. The location of the house was a bit further out than we had stayed before but was very close to the station which made day trips easier! Its has two fantastic supermarkets close by and the outdoor terrace was lovely to enjoy as a dining/relaxing space! You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Ragazzi veramente disponibili e gentili, noi ci siamo interfacciati per lo più con Chiara, che è stata super gentile, ci ha aspettati oltre l'orario di check-in con molta cordialita e senza farci pesare il ritardo, con molta gentilezza ci ha spiegato tutto e ci ha accolti con molto calore facendoci sentire a casa. Il posto è veramente magnifico, dotato di ogni minimo confort e loro che coccolano con tutti i piccoli dettagli che mettono a disposizione. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso che consiglierei a tutti, per una notte o meglio giorni da sogno.

Positiv: perfekte Lage, in Bahnhofsnähe, saubere, moderne, geräumige Wohnung mit 2 SZ und 2 Bädern, eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Liegen und gemütlicher Beleuchtung, eine weitere Terrasse im Erdgeschoss war perfekt zum Frühstücken, sehr wertvoll der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, von dem man einen direkten Zugang zur Wohnung hat, auch Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt, wo man alles kostengünstig bekommt. Alles in allem: top Wohnung, top Lage in einem wunderschönem und interessanten Badeort, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen aller Art.

Jesli poszukujesz ciszy, spokoju, chwili na oddech - to miejsce jest dla Ciebie. Zdecydowanie polecam dla osób chcących odetchnąć od zgiełku. Spędziliśmy tutaj z żoną i naszym psem cudowne 10 dni. Super jako baza wypadowa w góry.

A massive thank you to fabrizio and his family for the most amazing time in his beautiful home . The house and location is stunning and it went way beyond our expectations and hopes for our first Tuscan adventure . So welcoming from the first moment , full of advice and recommendations . Nothing is too much trouble for Fabrizio as all he wants is his guests to have the best time possible . I could say so many great things about this house , the pictures on the listing sell it but you can’t fully appreciate the beauty and feeling of this house and the location until you arrive . This house is fabrizio ‘s dream , designing it and taking many years to complete . He is so proud ,and this really shows when you arrive and meet Fabrizio and his daughter for the first time . We will definitely be back to stay again , so tempted to book 3 weeks next time though !! Thank you so much Fabrizio !! Oh! I must also say that the wine from your vineyards is just the best 😎 Till next time 😉

Luciano war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und immer über Telefon erreichbar. Die Sprachbarriere wurde ganz leicht mit der Übersetzungs-App auf dem Handy überwunden (spricht nur Italienisch). Dadurch fühlte man sich aber gleich im urlaub angekommen. Die Unterkunft war viel schöner, als auf den Fotos gezeigt - alles war ausreichend vorhanden und das Haus ist wirklich für mehrere Familien sehr geeignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder und hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Marco e la sua famiglia sono degli host impeccabili che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Disponibili e sempre reattivi. Casa in un’ottima posizione e comoda sia per andare verso il mare che per passare una giornata tranquilla in piscina. Ci ritornerei!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 3 semaines chez Luca. La maison, en pleine nature au pied des Alpes Apuanes , est très confortable et très bien équipée et décorée, le jardin est magnifique, c’est très calme et les nuits y sont fraîches ce qui est un atout en plein ete ! L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la Toscane du Nord. La maison est aussi située à 20min de Forte dei Marmi une super station balnéaire avec de belles plages. Et surtout allez manger chez Michelangelo, à Azzano, à côté de la maison, tout y est délicieux ! Bref vous pouvez aller chez Luca les yeux fermés

Maria's home was stunning with beautiful flowers all around it. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a gorgeous marble staircase to the bedrooms upstairs with another bedroom on the main floor. It was an easy drive to La Spezia to take the train to The Cinque Terre region. We enjoyed Pisa and Florence also. It was a great vacation for a family of 5.

Fint och trevligt hus högt upp på berget. Privat och stort. Snabb kommunikation vid behov. Vi fick en guidad tur upp för vägen till huset, den var brantare än väntat. Även om det gick bra, är det något att överväga. En trevlig överraskning var att varje rum mer eller mindre hade sitt egna badrum. Större än vad bilderna visar och fler rum än på bilderna. Väldigt mysigt och varmt när solen är framme. En tidigare recension nämnde mögel/lukt i ett av rummen som gjorde oss nervösa, men vi hade inga problem. Det kan bli instängt i de nedre rummen, men vi öppnade fönster under dagen och allt var perfekt. Vi var väldigt nöjda och hade en fin vistelse!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful old house. The property has much character, original details, and a peaceful, timeless atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special was the view — absolutely breathtaking. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the terrace or winding down in the evening, the scenery was a highlight. The host was responsive and friendly, and check-in was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet retreat with charm and great views. Would definitely come back!

Gilda ist eine tolle, sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbstgemachte Marmelade, Kuchen und einen großen Obstkorb. Besonders lecker war das selbst gebackene Brot.Der Abschied wurde nochmal mit Marmelade und selbstgemachte Limoncello versüßt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick über Massa bis zum Meer war großartig. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft 🙂
