Vacation rentals with an EV charger in La Spezia

Dalina's place is well-located near the station and bars/restaurants, and is well kitted out with soap, kitchen utensils & condiments. It worked well for us for a one night stay en route from the cinque terre!

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

We had a wonderful time at this accommodation — Marina is truly a great host. She responded quickly to all our questions and also gave us tips about local attractions. The house is very well located, and the small village is also very pleasant and tidy. The accommodation is well-equipped, spacious enough, and comfortable. Cinque Terre is about a 25-minute drive away, but everything else is also easily accessible. It's worth trying the restaurants in the village — we weren’t disappointed in any of them and had dinner there several times. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stay.

Great accommodation, spacious, very clean and in a quiet area, very convenient to the center and the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Another strong point is the free parking inside the condominium, because otherwise it would have been really difficult to find one in this season

Elena was a wonderful host who made our stay in Forte dei Marmi truly memorable. Her apartment is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located for exploring this charming coastal town. The space had everything we needed and felt like a home away from home. Elena was incredibly responsive and provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Elena's place to anyone visiting Forte dei Marmi. Grazie mille, Elena!

We had a truly wonderful stay at SESA Home! The place is absolutely charming and nestled in beautiful natural surroundings. Nicola and Adele are exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and always responsive. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting their ceramic workshop, where we had the chance to meet their incredibly friendly and talented team. The private parking spot in Monterosso was a huge bonus—so convenient in a small and often crowded town, and it made exploring the area much easier. Staying at SESA Home gave us the perfect place to relax and recharge after hiking and visiting the stunning villages of the Cinque Terre. We highly recommend it and would gladly return!

Highly recommend visiting, felt right at home. spotless clean, comfortable bed & linens, amazing shower water pressure, cool home for the hot summer. Even better than the pictures within a gorgeous property and perfect with garage parking. Lorenzo was so kind & even provided a guide with recommendations. Great, clean house. Better than the pictures. Cosy garden where we spend most of the time. Spacious and good quality furniture and bathroom/kitchen. Would recommend highly. Had a great time. Located in a tranquil neighborhood close to the city centre. Car recommended

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

The stay in the detached house, which is completely fenced, was a wonderful time for us, my wife and daughter and our two dogs. Despite the fact that we arrived shortly before midnight due to the many traffic jams from Germany, the check-in and the welcome by Nicos Elzern was very warm and friendly - good instruction - the house has everything you need and a great view far over the TaL and the incredibly beautiful landscape - we had beautiful places with a view and a grill in the garden - wonderful to sit there in the evening and watch the sunset on the horizon - we could discover new beautiful places inland and on the coast, which is only about 20 minutes away, every day and look forward to our holiday idyll in the evening. To the house it is from the valley about a distance of 8 km, which is partly quite steep and very curvy - all in all, we are thinking of coming back next year Thank you Nico and parents

Barbara,very responsive,made the house available in a very short time (less than 12h). It'sa real slice of paradise; the photos may not reflect the beauty of the place enough. A spacious, beautiful, thoughtfully finished home, tastefully furnished, and design details. All rooms have bathroom with shower in the room. Everything is equipped and if you need anything extra B. it is very quick to try to satisfy you. Spectacular panoramic location, surrounded by silence, surrounded by nature with woods and olive trees with a breathtaking sea view. Our dogs have enjoyed a very large and fenced garden. The swimming pool is kept with care and fully enjoys privacy. The whole area has sunshine until sunset. In about 15 minutes you are at the sea, with wide and beautiful beaches. Our vacation started very badly elsewhere, here it turned into a super vacation! Barbara SUPER host, for anything that goes out of her way to accommodate you. We'll be back soon

We had a wonderful stay with the family. The apartment is very well equipped, everything complies with the photos. The private terrace and the pool were very much appreciated. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. Good hospitality from Damiano and his mother. This is ideal for a stay in the Tuscan mountain.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

I went to Luciana's a few weeks ago with my dog... comfortable apartment equipped with all comforts, including bathrobes and slippers for the house... also great space for lunch or just to sit down for a chat! She was really helpful and kind... then thank you also for the convenience of basic comforts and for the directions to the neighboring places to visit... it was a great "escape" from the city and the hustle, to be repeated for sure

We had a great stay in Sestri Levante. Natalino was a super helpful and friendly host, and was always responsive to any requests or questions we had. The apartment was in a great location to make the most of the beautiful town but also the surrounding towns and villages given how close it is to the train station. The large terrace was a big plus, to sit in the sun reading a book or eating delicious focaccia!

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

Cozy apartment, even prettier and brighter than in photos. Note, TV and air conditioning in the bedroom and living room! Perfectly equipped (dishwasher, washing machine … with tablets provided), Nespresso coffee machine… Close to the train station (5 minutes' walk and less than 10 minutes from the city center), ideal after a long day of walking in Cinque Terre. Small clarification, simple ticket or package for the train very easy to buy at the ATM or at the ATM! Small plus, private parking space ok for SUVs and possibility to unload suitcases right in front of the entrance to the apartment 👌 As for the welcome of Barbara who speaks French:-), it is most warm and the communication is great!
