La ubicación está excelente, a solo unos pasos del malecón, restaurantes, bares y todo a la mano. La calidad-precio está perfecto. La anfitriona siempre al pendiente y muy amable.

A BIG Thankyou to Claudia and Miguel for a wonderful 3 month stay. We had a fabulous time in LaPaz, especially staying with Claudia and her family. It is home away from home and feels like family. The airb&b had everything we needed, it is spacious and cozy. We loved the location in a nice local neighborhood where we felt safe walking even in the evenings when it was dark. Everything is in walking distance or a short Uber ride away. The space is cool, clean, water pressure and hot water was great. They touched every detail perfectly and were there for us if we needed anything. We were very blessed to join Claudia and her family for a delicious Christmas Eve dinner and a delicious Tacos on the grill dinner was a perfect Mexican experience. We look forward to returning to Claudia's home in our future travels and highly recommend to all looking for a home away from home. Many Blessings to our new friends Claudia and Miguel and Family. One of the best places to stay in La Paz! Down the street from a local supermarket and across the street from a great bakery. Highly recommend!

It was a convenient spot, well-decorated, and some nice restaurants walking distance, incl Amelier and Mariscos Gueros.

La estancia fue muy buena, en un luar seguro y tranquilo. Con una vista bonita para ver el atardecer y el anfitrion fue atento para dar todas las indicaciones

Secure and clean. The office is staffed downstairs. I like the 700 meter walk to the ocean and restaurants, rather than being directly on the beach. Make sure I walk off the Margaritas. All very good and no complaints. I also liked the roof.

El lugar es muy cómodo, la alberca está limpia y el anfitrión es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente. Sin duda lo recomiendo y sin duda me volvería a hospedar en ese lugar

Fue una estancia super agradable y cómoda. El lugar tiene mucha privacidad, entrada propia y pudimos guardar el carro lo cual se nos hizo super útil. Tiene lo necesario para estar, no se encierra mucho el calor y en la habitación hay aire acondicionado. Sale agua caliente de la regadera (aunque realmente no fue necesaria). El proceso para llegar y salir es sumamente accesible, fácil y rápido. La atención por parte del anfitrión fue excelente, estuvo siempre pendiente pero respetando la privacidad. Por último, la ubicación es perfecta, queda cerca de muchos lugares para comer, cerca del malecón y nunca tuvimos problemas para llegar a los lugares que queríamos. Recomendamos mucho este lugar, la pasamos excelente.

Excelente estancia en la paz!!! cerca de todo y en zona tranquila, de aquí en adelante siempre llegaremos con Luis! ojo la propiedad es antigua y si estas buscando algo nice, hay muchos lofts y Depa por el doble de precio que con Luis para que no batalles. Si eres picky no llegues pero si buscas un lugar que cumpla con alberca buena ubicación suficientes almohadas y cobijas limpieza decente pero en una propiedad antigua, jalate!!! aparte tiene un excelente gusto musical! 😂😂

really enjoyed the space. great parking Ina. safe spot. kitchen was equipped with the essentials and if anything was needed or had questions Luis would make it happen. very friendly owner and enjoyed the stay souchbit was extended. would definitely stay again. great tv, cold air con and a kitchen with micro, coffee maker, fridge. induction cooktop. didnt use the pool but it looked clean and inviting thank you!
