Family-friendly vacation rentals in La Paz

Fantastic location, great food nearby, great for families. Traveling with 3 young children, we wanted two separate rooms and a kitchen, which all inclusive hotels don’t provide affordably. This was the perfect mix between a beach resort and a condo rental. We got the amenities like the pool, beach and poolside bar, but also got a room to put the kids down to nap, the ability to eat in with affordable groceries in a well equipped kitchen, and wash clothing in a washer and dryer. My kids loved the boat to get on property. All in all a great resort, condo hybrid experiences worth the money.

The place is very quiet. Las camas.comodas, the kitchen had everything, the furniture and comfortable beds. The heated pools and with several jacuzzi me.encantaron. the spectacular view of the beaches. You can swim and kayak. Everything is very nice. The host is always attentive.

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is comfortable, clean and well located. We really appreciate the details, like the shower pressure, which was super nice. The pool and terrace area is spectacular, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. Everything worked perfectly and communication with the host was clear and friendly. Love the ocean front balcony and beautiful views to stare at for hours. Very pristine clean apartment unit. So many restaurants to walk to! The hosts are very friendly, kind, helpful, and very tentative! I would definitely come back!

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. Beach front property with very nice furniture. One thing I would say is that some of the kitchen cabinets need maintenance and that the kayaks need to be renovated (they are missing a few parts). Other than that, it's a beautiful property at a reasonable price. Staff is super friendly!

Both hosts were so great, very responsive and helpful. We loved the view, condo and had everything anyone would need to live there including beach chairs and umbrellas. If we were going back to la paz, this would be our first choice to rent again. I can not say enough great things about the hosts, condo, location, and town!

We loved our stay, the house was very roomy and comfortable, much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The house was well supplied, it had everything you need for your stay and more. It is in a very safe upscale neighborhood that is very quite and peaceful. We loved the house and are looking forward to our next stay. Dalia was very responsive and accommodating.

Olga's house is a beautiful, comfortable, and tastefully furnished house a block from the beach. The Paraiso Del Mar development is a quiet enclave on a peninsula a short boat ride from town. The free boat runs every half hour to Marina Cortez in La Paz. A phone call to the shuttle bus driver gets you from the house to the boat dock. The area may be too quiet for some, but for us it was a good place to base our adventures from. There are free bicycles for use, maintained by the development. There is a nice pool with hot tub and ping-pong table a half block from the house. The highlights of La Paz for us included renting a car to hit the beaches just north of town. Tecolote was our favorite. We also went on a Panga ride around Isla Espirito Santo with Marlin Adventures. Our guide and captain (Erik and Sergio) educated us on the history, flora, and fauna of this amazing area. The snorkeling was some of the best I have every seen.

I truly enjoyed my stay in this spacious home, with full kitchen, and large closed-in patio. Safe space, very clean, a quiet area, amazing views and sunsets from windows and rooftop. The beds are really good, lots of linens/blankets/good quality towels. Water/shower/wifi all worked well for me. Appreciated the laundry machine for my longer stay. Peter has a great instruction guide and is quick with responses as needed. Landlady Martina is super friendly. The Colectivo bus system is easy to figure out, I usually hopped on at Calle 5 de Mayo, an 8 min walk and brings you straight down town for 12 pesos and in 15 min. There are also local food stores at 5 de Mayo, and a fish cart. Yeneka convenience store is 4 min walk from the house. Wouldn't hesitate to go back, thanks Peter!

Excellent location 2 blocks from the Malecón.. perfect spaces, kitchen room bathroom and bedroom just what we were looking for..definitely I would like to return every year.. the only thing is that the WiFi internet is very limited.. I mention it in case you plan to work in a while.. it will be a battle.. it is the only detail that lives in addition to that it takes to respond the host..but it ends up resolving satisfactorily..nothing that affects your stay.. it is just to have patience..Thank you x welcome us back and have the location available

Ben's home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal for our family and we really enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities that Puerto Cortes offered. We had a few questions for Ben during the trip and he was very responsive and helpful.
