We loved our stay at Villa Nautilus! The Villa is directly on the beach with beautiful views. We loved the convenience of the beach and the beach club next door. The resort community also has restaurants and a coffee shop within walking/golf cart distance which was great! During the week, the beach was very quiet, almost like a private beach. As the weekend approached the beach and neighboring beach club gets busier/louder but it wasn’t a problem for us. The Villa itself is wonderful, exactly as pictured, and had everything we needed. The hosts are also amazing and very responsive to any questions/requests we had. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others!

Our stay at this modern house was a fantastic experience! The open concept layout created a spacious and welcoming environment, while the ocean views were absolutely stunning. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location is ideal, just a short 5-minute drive to the famous Balandra Beach, which is a must-visit! Just a heads up, make sure to rent an off-road vehicle; the road to the house is unpaved and quite bumpy, but it’s worth the adventure. What truly set our experience apart was the exceptional manager Maria. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Plus, she secured us a fantastic deal on a boat tour, which added to the fun of our trip. We can't wait to return to this wonderful spot! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views and great service!

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. Beach front property with very nice furniture. One thing I would say is that some of the kitchen cabinets need maintenance and that the kayaks need to be renovated (they are missing a few parts). Other than that, it's a beautiful property at a reasonable price. Staff is super friendly!

One of the best places I've stayed. Extremely well thought out for a group or family. Enjoyed the warm pool, lovely breakfast, beautiful courtyard. The morning breakfast by Rocio was incredible. For light sleepers, bring ear plugs due to some street noise - you are in the city. Has all the necessary amenities including washer/ dryer, plenty of filtered water, extra blankets, plenty of seating, toiletries etc. Excellent grocery store in the next block. Could use an additional set of towels or beach towels.

The house had everything we needed. It was spacious, comfortable and clean! We are very grateful we had a chance to stay at such a wonderful place. We will definitely come back!

This place is magical. We loved every bit of it. We were looking for a one story place for my aging parents and this is one of a kind. Raffi and the house manager are so responsive and worked hard to get a walker for my dad. They went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. We didn’t rent a car and at times it was hard to get an uber or taxi. The front guard helped and the Beach club sent a shuttle one of the days but next time I would rent a car. Other than that I would 100% recommend and have recommended to stay at Raffis place.

The room was great, clean and I felt comfortable. Very quiet location, good bed. Restaurants close at 5 PM or are not open at all. That's why I used the kitchen. Great, everything there and Lincoln very helpful. However, the kitchen is a bit dirty. In general, Lincoln was very friendly, helpful and talkative.

Stylish Beach Villa, View La La!

This place felt truly magical. We loved the boat ride to and from the malecon. One day we even saw dolphins. Walking on the beach to watch the sunset was a treat, and soaking in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool was ideal. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the house were incredible. I’ve already recommended staying here to a few of my friends. Thank you for sharing it with us!
