This is a nice and well equipped penthouse in a 3 story apartment building, great location , in the city center 1 block from the boardwalk, very close to markets, banks, restaurants, everything you need will be very close to you.

La Concha Condos, you can hear the waves.

This fourth story studio is very comfortable. It's great to sit out on the patio and hear the birds and sometimes even waves. A table for four has plenty of space and can be used for every meal.
