Stay 18 to 25 de Mayo-Aero someone in Marina, 18 minutes. Very fast. Frequent boat to cross. Arriving with dolphins accompanying the boat, wonderfully. Excellent coordination between boat and van to take us to the depa.You have courtesy bikes too.Many well.Departamento super spacious, there are 3 full banos (3 showers,3 wc,1 tub), 3 balconies all with ocean views. Incredible.Self Check-in check out super easy. Transportation staff, security and super friendly restaurant. Spacious castles, suitable for adults and children. Very nice sun bet. I'd already see me coming back in a row. I had everything. But I would never go back :( The development & condo is overrun by jejenes. We never could use the balconies. The pool is only used 2 times. The following days we escape to Peace so as not to be attacked by the bugs.Fuimos 4, we all return with the body, face, neck, legs injured with pickets. Neither raid nor other repellent worked. Staff from ahi they cover EVERYTHING, you only see your eyes

Secure location and close to the malecon. Team was responsive to messages before and during our stay.

I was there for 4 days and get very comfortable. the airline lost my bag for 3 of the 4 days so it was very stressful and this was the best place to decompress through dealing with lost baggage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

I have stayed before in the same location, although it was many years ago. When I saw that this condo in the same building was available, I was so happy! It is really a very beautiful spot and Myca's condo was actually one of the very best in the building. Also, the people working there were very kind and helpful. We had a lovely time and felt so at home - so much better than a hotel! I heartily recommend this condo - it is beautiful, in a beautiful spot and worth every penny!

Wonderful stay, access to both the beach and the pool was amazing. Location was gated and felt safe, and was only a short drive to town. Would recommend!

Pradiberto’s place was perfect for our overnight stay in La Paz. It was nice to have secured parking at the house. The main floor has the kitchen, living and dining room with a half bath. Upstairs has a bedroom with its own bathroom and two other bedrooms that share a bathroom which was perfect for our family stay. Close to down, but with our car, it was easy to get to the main promenade and restaurants. Comfortable beds, linens and towels....making our stay enjoyable. We look forward to staying here again! Thanks!!

EXCELLENT ATTENTION AND COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST, WIDELY RECOMMENDED

The place is located near the end of the MALECÓN. Easy to walk to any restaurant. Luis helped us with some recommendations as well. The balcony is perfect for sunsets. The stairwell to the unit is a little narrow and steep, but manageable. Perfect for a couple. Overall a 5 star rating!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of natural lighting and quiet. Wifi was a bit spotty but worked well for the stay. Hot water always available, although the two temperatures don't mix so there's only hot or cold. And it's quite far from the beach. About 30 minute walk, though it's still visible from the house. The view was spectacular as it's on a hill allowing a view of El Centenario as well as all of La Paz and the ocean. Beautiful! Would definetly stay here if I were to come again!

Very beautiful location, wonderful host, very well appointed condo and super comfy beds and nice linens.

Stephanie was an amazing host. She was quick to answer any questions we had in regards to local grocery, she also kindly restocked and delivered coffee pods for the Nespresso. Condo was centrally located to marinas and restaurants. The rooftop deck was amazing with breathtaking sunset views. We enjoyed our weeks stay and would definitely return.

Wow we were amazed on how beautiful this house was. Pictures doesn’t do justice ! Everything from the view, the rooms, kitchen etc. Definitely want to come back to La Paz and stay here.
