Condo vacation rentals in La Paz

I had a very pleasant stay in this condominium. The place is comfortable, well distributed and perfect for both one person and two couples, as the two bedrooms offer privacy and enough space. I stayed alone and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent: just a few minutes walk from the esplanade, shops, restaurants and everything you need to enjoy the city without the need for a car. Despite being so close to everything, the condominium is very quiet, ideal for resting after a day of exploring. The common areas are well maintained, and the two pools are a great plus for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for both personal getaways and small group trips.

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay! The black sand beach was absolutely beautiful and hardly anyone was there so we had the beach to ourselves a lot of the time. The pool was amazing and the swim up bar was such a plus! The condo is absolutely lovely with beautiful breathtaking views! The beds are super comfy which is definitely a plus. Plenty of room for a small family as well. Everyone there is super friendly. Instructions were clear to get to the condo and its super easy. Great communication! We honestly can't wait to go back again soon!!

We loved staying in this condo! We were in La Paz on vacation and our priority was to be in the water, and this spot was amazing. Great snorkeling from the beach right in front of the condo, and we went diving with the Cortez Club which is just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Loved the views, the porch is spacious and watching the ocean and the sunsets.... amazing! The condo itself is a bit dated but that was not an issue for us. We can't wait to return to La Paz and would stay here again! Francisco was a great host, very responsive and helpful.

Exceptional apartment with a great location and great view. We really enjoyed our stay, in a very new and comfortable apartment. In addition, the condominium guards were very friendly and communication with Gaby was very good. The apartment's entrance is independent and simple. I would only recommend bringing a sleeping mask, as the curtains do not block out the light and, especially in the secondary bedroom, a lot of sun comes in in the morning. Likewise, the entrance to the subdivision is very comfortable by car and close to the pier, I just don't recommend arriving on foot, due to the construction around the area and a pack of stray dogs that gather right at the entrance. We would definitely stay at this apartment again.

The hosts were great and went the extra mile with everything we needed. Super sweet family and super helpful. We've stayed multiple times in La Paz and love this building. it's just a few minutes drive to the malecon. it's got a pool and a little gym. The view is great and the house is well equipped. recommended!

Excellent location and everything super clean, the hosts answered quite quickly, despite being a complex of many apartments, you can't hear any noise, you can walk to the center and several restaurants and points of interest. I would definitely stay at Mandala Medusa again

Great place, great town, great time

Wonderful stay, access to both the beach and the pool was amazing. Location was gated and felt safe, and was only a short drive to town. Would recommend!

An excellent place near the pier of La Paz. In my case, I stayed with my family, 2 children and my wife. A very good option

We really enjoyed our stay at Nea's place! Dolphins and whales jumping in front of you, fantastic! The unit is as described, clean well stocked, we needed nothing. Deck is huge! Liked the bottled water (that staff would deliver, remember to tip). Personal shopper if needed. The pools is nice, 80 in afternoon! Beach is great! Pelicans constantly slamming the surface, baitfish everywhere and I was able to catch fish! Two restaurants beside the Condo. View is unbeatable and food is good. We went to town to eat a few times as well as grabbing prawn etc to make. Went to Malecon for roof views and great food! Prices are similar to Can. Taco stands or markets for epic food at amazing prices! Taco's El Estadio, 4 great fish tacos, ALL the fixings, $9 Can. yes please! This city feels very safe. We were there for Carnaval ( massive 2-3km? of stalls, stages, music food) and didn't know what to expect. Police everywhere! Not oppressive, just present and friendly! Thanks Nea!

Small but very comfortable apartment. Comfortable place, good location, quiet area. Everything is great. A/C everywhere. Very clean place and nice furniture.

It was an excellent comfortable, clean place, which met all the expectations, easy access, excellent privacy, super friendly housekeeper, safe parking, access to shops nearby and relatively close to the esplanade

This place is better than the pictures posted here. Very clean, secured, has all the main necessities. Overall a great place to stay, will definitely go back!

Excellent!! My parents loved it, very clean and modern, the location is spectacular, everything is very close and quiet, the beds are very comfortable and clean, in fact even the roasted chicken magnet in the fridge was very helpful, very tasty and on time, if I return to La Paz, I would stay there again.

Nice place to be close to downtown, especially if you have a car. We had a great time there.

We really loved our stay at Leo's place. Everything is exactly as described and in the photos, the kitchen has everything you need, and the property is secure, private, well maintained, and like its name-sake, an oasis. Leo is a helpful and kind host, who wants his guests to have the absolute best time they can possibly have vising La Paz. Leo went out of his way to make us feel welcome and offered helpful tips and suggestions. The property is only a few blocks from el Malecon, but you'll find restaurants and shops all around the neighbourhood (without the noise!). We would absolutely stay at Leo's place again if we ever find our way back to La Paz.
