Comfortable, safe and centrally located apartment.

Enjoy the simplicity of this place to stay. Apartment with a good location. One block from municipal transit, 10 minutes from the pier by car or downtown. 15 minutes away from the airport. Very close to Soriana, Sears, General Hospital and Government Offices. Close to Liverpool, Sams, Cinépolis and shopping plazas. A comfortable place in a quiet area (although construction is currently underway) perfect for resting after visiting family or a day at the beach.

Beautiful apartment, in one of the best areas of La Paz, enjoy this incredible apartment with friends and family. Features large spaces decorated to spend magical days. Furthermore, you can enjoy the incredible pool making your days a pleasant stay. You can also enjoy a small private pool included in your terrace. A six-minute drive to the pier and a 15-minute walk. Private parking and fast WiFi!
