Beautiful little house, clean and very comfortable! We loved the hammock detail, my family and I took turns lying down for a while. It's easy to get to the accommodation and the area is very quiet. Magdalena welcomed us and she is very friendly and approachable. Thank you very much for your help, we will definitely be back! :)

Very nice and spacious house. It's very close to a supermarket and a convenience store. And it's about a 15-minute walk from the esplanade. The kitchen is very well-equipped, the beds are comfortable, and it is very practical to have two full bathrooms. There is room to park at least three cars and we were surprised by the size of the front yard. If you have children, they can have a lot of fun playing there, and they will be safe because the whole house is fenced.

This house was a perfect location for anyone looking to stay within walking distance to downtown. The only time our group needed transportation was to the beaches. Everything else was walkable! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Octavio and Miguel were quick to respond to all of our messages. We would definitely come back to this house again.

This place is spectacular! Incredible location - quick to the Malecón and other restaurants and grocery stores. Yazmin was an amazing host, assisting us with any needs or questions. She was extremely caring and responsive - she brought us snacks, towels, cervezas, and plenty of dining recommendations! During our stay, there were a few construction projects happening, which just meant we spent more daytime activities out of the house. The pool is great and the house is clean and comfortable. We loved our stay in La Paz, and this AirBnB made it unforgettable! Thank you!

Was a van incredible trip with a great place to stay. The place was immaculate and was in a very quiet and secure area with a gated entry. Everyone else in the community was extremely friendly. Recommend 1000%

Small but very nice place with a small terrace to see the sunsets. It has everything you need, it only lacks an iron but the rest is very good

The place is located near the end of the MALECÓN. Easy to walk to any restaurant. Luis helped us with some recommendations as well. The balcony is perfect for sunsets. The stairwell to the unit is a little narrow and steep, but manageable. Perfect for a couple. Overall a 5 star rating!!!!!

I would stay at Gabriela’s place again in a heartbeat. Everything I could have needed, was provided, including: filtered water for the entire stay, shampoo and body wash, great AC & fan options, Netflix, first aid, just to name a few. I loved walking in and out of the busy centre to get to the quiet stay, practically placed on the same block as the beach. Getting Ubers is also an option if you want to go further a field, a lot of walking was included in my trip. She showed me around for my check-in & made me feel welcome and safe. Overall (and as a solo female traveller), I felt safe in the neighbourhood, but it should be noted for people in my position that it is a quieter area compared to the bustle of the centre. Gabriella is very responsive, and a very warm soul. Thank you Gabriella!

the accommodation is simple but worth it for the price, the only thing is that you couldn't use the parking lot but it's still very safe on the street,
