Our farm is located in a quiet, sunny location in Hart at about 800 m above sea level. The apartment has four double bedrooms with shower, toilet and balcony. A large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, satellite TV and radio. It is a completely closed floor. Linens, towels and dish towels are also provided. In-house products such as Kaminwurzen [smoked sausage], Cabanossie [smoked sausage], Bauerspeck [farmer's bacon], eggs, fresh milk and various schnapps are offered.

A beautiful garden, the private balcony and the wellness room with sauna and feel-good relaxation room invite you to relax and unwind. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent unobstructed mountain views is located in the countryside and yet centrally, only 200 m from the Spieljochbahn and only 5-10 minutes' walk from the village center.

Ski in, ski out! There is no better way to describe this beautiful, detached apartment house with 2 apartments directly on the ski slope of Kirchberg. In the morning, directly on the slopes, without a ski bus or waiting in line - fantastic! The apartment building is located on the slope to the Fleckalmbahn. The house was built in 2018 and furnished according to the latest standards. Both apartments have a separate terrace. Ski storage or storage room is available directly in the same building.

Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. We are located at the entrance of the Zillertal and are a good starting point for cycling tours. Lake Achensee is about 10 minutes by car or by the Achensee railway, which is also within walking distance of Jenbach station in about 15 minutes (1.3 km), as well as the Zillertalbahn. There are also good inns and shopping nearby. Innsbruck is easily accessible by car or train.

Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
